I swear to god, nothing is harder than starting and maintaining a cut after a longer bulk. I’m actually typing this while everyone around me is dripping sweat on the treadmill, but the only thing that’s dripping on my treadmill are tears from reminiscing about the time I walked past the cardio equipment and straight into the mcdonalds across the street.

I’ve been in a cut almost every day for about 20 straight months now. Went from 270lbs down to 210lbs in that time while gaining back all my lost muscle to COVID lockdowns. This video really hits hard in some places, and my life is better when a new Jack PGM vid comes out and I can forget my daily troubles for a few minutes.
@@GamingHub1080p Yes you can, you just need to eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight. As long as you’re in caloric deficit you’ll lose weight and gain muscle. Traditional bulking and cutting doesn’t work

Recomposition is a thing, newbie gains, neurologically you can get back your "old strength" like they said they did (because of nuclei and mitochondria still present), and if you eat enough protein and maybe fast to increase HGH naturally it's certainly not impossible.

The first two weeks of a cut are nice after you’ve been bulking hard, it feels really good to not be bloated, and I even like being a bit hungry. After that it starts to suck lol especially when you start getting a bit weaker.
I find it easier to cut than to bulk, I spend less money and time eating and preparing food, sure it takes a willpower to stay away from junk and that's about it

While we can't read their minds, as a man, you can go a long way just learning to watch their actions and subtle gestures instead of just relying on their overt communication. Those are not opposing ideas. Women liking dad bods means that they like men who are strong with big arms but with slightly above average body fat (think like 20-25%). Dad bod doesn't and has never meant just fat with no muscle/strength

6 months into my cut after my life went downhill for a while. Went from 235-240 pounds (highest I measured but this was a couple weeks after starting cause I was scared to weigh myself at first) to 206-208. Feeling much better and healthier now but still got a couple months to go. Very happy with the progress though :)

You can also do it the extremist way and instead of flying to a hotel at the beach, you go on a cycling tour of about 400 km for 1 week and diet to then arrive at the beach and spend a week working out and swimming a lot, having fun and then you cycle back for a week again. 3 week trip, guaranteed high weigh loss and loss of ability to walk for a week. But you will feel great. Remember that you need to train cycling for a month before, otherwise you will die. You can, but don't have to have tents with you, which add weight. Best would be to jump between B&Bs.
People need to talk about how hard it is to BULK after a long cut. My first time bulking was easy, but after cutting and my waist went to like 28 inches, it’s so hard to eat
I literally used to weigh over 400lbs (the scales stop working past 350lbs and you need to go to a farm to get weighed) and I cut down to 170lbs over 4 years. I lost 230lbs slowly over those 4 years. Over 20 years later and I am at 245lbs and about 18% bodyfat as a powerlifter.
I’ve only started my fitness journey roughly 4 months ago; went from 170cm, 100kg to 75kg. Cutting is literally all I’ve known and the dude almost fainting at 3:10 feels too accurate lmao. Looking forward to rewatching your bulking videos when I start bulking. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I enjoy bulking and getting super strong by lifting heavy and eating a bunch of crickets just like coach Greg and then I eat only eat 1001 calories a day of Walmart aquarium fish to lose the most fat and get shredded glutes, but I always wind up weighing 83-99 pounds and in the emergency room and all my friends say I take the shredding too far but I tried to tell that to get lemon chicken shredded you have to take it serious but what do I know I'm just a karate expert not a doctor. I'm 6 ft 6in by the way so any tips are welcome.

As a powerlifter who discovered that his normal manner of eating is considered bulking, I have the same policy with cutting as I do with running Not today. Probably not tomorrow. Maybe next month
meal timing has a negligible difference for weight loss results but helps a lot with hunger. Keep some cals open for a couple boiled eggs or an apple when you get legit biologically hungry. Might help to prevent yo-yoing or binging.
Just stay leaner all year by slowly gaining. A lot easier than gaining 60lbs and having to lose 40 of it by cutting for months. Or do what all the 15 year olds are doing now and take peds before you even finish high school. Sure you'll be bald by 22 and die at 26 but you'll be soooooo cool.
I have a different theory, i eat roughly the same calories every day, year after year but my muscle mass increases and so does my need for more calories so my body will burn more fat and after 28 yrs of training i should see the signs of a 6pack.
Don’t know how to cut and don’t need to if I don’t force feed 24/7 I loose weight. Sometimes I do force feed 24/7 and still loose weight bc I didn’t force feed enough. Mind you I eat pretty damn clean.
This summer I didn't want to cut but it's so hot I don't eat as much so I ended up going from 160lbs to 146lbs. I didn't lose progress on my lifts so I guess it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be doing a cut back to 160 for the winter bulk.

Perfect timing. On a cut for a month now (animal based diet-no supps). Lost 10lbs and keeping same strength in all main lifts..even added some reps and better cardio times sprinting,cycling etc. Life's good 😁
