- Hi guys, quite a few of you had requested bookstore vlogs or tours so here's my first attempt at filming one, wearing a mask and all, I also sanitized frequently behind the scenes haha. Do you guys love this iconic Islamabad bookstore as much as I do?
There was so much more I wanted to say about dozens of other books but obviously time was limited and one has to be considerate of other customers and all. Lots of love, and comment if you liked the vlog and let me know of more requests. Toodles!

Loved the vlog. I still remember going up and buying Mary Kate and Ashley books when I was a kid! And fast forward I still go up with my niece to buy books :p
Thank you! Oh I loved those Mary Kate and Ashley 'too little time' books and you gave me a lovely one called glitter club or something remember? They had a great children's book selection hadn't actually been to the 2nd floor in a long while :)

That must be hard, maybe you can use something like book depository to order books?
Yes, I do have options to order books, but to be in a book shop and feel that aroma of books and touch each and every book, read the blurbs and stack a lot of books without even knowing if I have enough money is a precious feeling😆

Please make a video on critical reading of novels. How to take notes on your book while reading. And please show us a book that you have read and have taken notes on it, highlighted important things etc.

old books available in half price??
Saeed Book Bank only sells new books. You can find a good selection of old books in the bookstore called 'Old Book Collection' in the same Jinnah Super Market.
I visited a place called Old Books Collection … I think this may have been around the corner from it

I don't think Saeed Book Bank provides home delivery, their website doesn't seem to be operational.

Visiting SBB has never been a pleasant experience for me. The staff is rude and their customer dealing sucks.
I know what you mean, in Pakistan that real bookshop culture doesn't exist, but I found the situation to be a lot better in Readings Lahore. Shop attendents don't follow you around there and there are seats where you can scroll through the books at your leisure.
