This exactly what I'm trying to find!! Nice it just like I have many smartphone by buying the exact system/motherboard
But instead of changing entire PCB, they can only change the RAM & ROM by desolddering. Of course, it will take some time but you will have your existing IMEI number.
Moreover, the arm architecture used is already supporting the higher ram & rom capacity. I would prefer desolddering.

This is nothing related to modular phone. It’s just a normal phone with company just replacing the motherboard. In modular phone users can do it by themselves. Without removing all of the components and without going to service centre.
