Just listened to this song for the first time, and I am blown away. So many kpop songs lately have been trying to capture that 80s feel, but none of them quite get it. This is the first one I've heard that actually comes close to sounding like it could have come from that era. Not only that, but it's such a different sound from their previous songs (I am listening to their discography in order, and that's how I happened upon this). Sadly, I am a few years too late to this group...
I have to say, I have been a knk fan since their debut and, even though a lot of people lost interest in them, I have never been dissapointed even through their 1.5 year hiatus and their struggles their still as amazing and talented as ever. This is a truly amazing group.
When I become famous, I will show the world what they were missing! I know the “underrated” argument, is extremely overused. I even find it irritating. However, THIS is the definition of underrated. THIS is what we need to be fighting for! This work of art isn’t appreciated enough. This has to be, one of my all time FAVORITE, male idol group songs of all time. The choreography is STUNNING. The transitions between members parts is done so seamlessly. The vocals are lovely, smooth like butter. The visuals are OUTSTANDING. Just look at them! These men deserve so much more! I don't understand why this has 1.5+ million views when it should have over 150 million views. Don't understand. Their former manager who's been with them ever since their debut created the company to let the boys keep promoting. And now they're back with sunset. Please give them a lot of love. Just listened to this song for the first time, and I am blown away. So many kpop songs lately have been trying to capture that 80s feel, but none of them quite get it. This is the first one I've heard that actually comes close to sounding like it could have come from that era. Not only that, but it's such a different sound from their previous songs (I am listening to their discography in order, and that's how I happened upon this). Sadly, I am a few years too late to this group...

This has to be, one of my all time FAVORITE, male idol group songs of all time.
The choreography is STUNNING. The transitions between members parts is done so seamlessly. The vocals are lovely, smooth like butter.
The visuals are OUTSTANDING. Just look at them! These men deserve so much more!

After debuted in 2016 with promising future, they hit the rock in 2018 when they terminate their contract before the due time with their former company because of some problems (financially I suppose). Their main vocal, Kim Youjin left the group due to anxiety disorder and with no agency, no manager, no dorm or even a practice room, they almost disbanded. But they love performing and each other very much, they decided to stay together as a group. Finally, after a difficult 1,5 years of hiatus, they managed to came back with lonely night (it's an amazing song too, please do check it out). They add Lee dongwon as a new member because they think it was too lonely with only 4 people on stage. Dongwon was accepted really well by Tinkerbells (the name of KNK fandom). He's already a long time good friend of the Keuns, he was a Tinkerbell. So the chemistry is just there and he fits right in.
Now, they're under 220 entertainment. Their former manager who's been with them ever since their debut created the company to let the boys keep promoting. And now they're back with sunset. Please give them a lot of love. They're really a whole packaged. Crazy talented and funny as hell (and stupid though). You can watch their vlives to have a good laugh. They're really just oversized goofballs. Don't let their appearance deceive you.
And they're gonna do a Europe tour. Please come and cheer for them if you happen to live in the area and have the resources. You won't regret it, I promise you will have a blast! If not, please help spread the word.
