It's supposed to be a radio report on the Black Mesa incident, with Black Mesa being removed in the incredibox mod. Then again, I'm still yet to find that file, so take this with a grain of salt Edit: I do think that this is true, as in Half Life 2, I do recall hearing a radio report similar to this one. I'll continue to look more into this, but so far I have a good feeling this is true.

Hey u should check out the mod voltage! But when u go to cover it u need to listen to every sound in 2 loops before u take them down. Some have extra stuff after the first loop! Plus i think you will love the entire mod from just 1 sound alone!
