Hii, I have heard onion juice is cold, so applying it can we get fever or cold? Also can people with vertigo can apply onion juice, normally I don't apply even mehendi because I get vertigo strokes then. Is their any other ingredient apart from onion coz I am facing huge hair fall problem

Prerna di ,I am a new member in your family.I hadn’t use oil in my hair almost for 5-6 years . Just some time ,Occasionally I used to oil my hair for detangling or for some reasons . i have hairfall like 30 strands in a day . Now Im using your onion oil with fenugreek . What else should I do with my hair ? The density of my hair is also decreased and my hair is so dry and damage from ends .
Mam can i used one after other these remmedy mean 1 day only juice next add something ,or only one for 7 day then swith and can used on daily basic and after that i have to take shower e shampoo or just rinse water/cold or warm plzzz tell me
I believe both in external application and intake but intake works 70% coz i was only applying home made masks from 2years i couldn't able to see satisfying results with it but from pas 3-4 months im drinking amla+curryleaves+carrot+beeroot juice, and consuming sweet potato, eggs.... Now i can see drastic changes in my hair growth and volume and yes my favorite home made hair packs are onion, flaxseed, egg, fenugreek, aleovera and favouite hair oil is coconut, castor (double boiling method)

In USA, our hair falls very quickly according to our age😢bcos we use Hot water almost throughout the year in cold weather.
