We have Patacks here, butter chicken would probably be their best seller, it's a very mild curry sauce. If I don't have time to make my own, I use a jar of that sauce plus a tin of coconut cream to stretch the 'sauce', and also add in carrot and onion as well as the chicken (allows me to use less chicken per meals) if that helps too. I've also stirred mixed veg in too.
