I dont think there is one specific. My brother had a paranormal experience at a hotel in ND. He was sleeping and all of sudden had sleep paralysis then he saw something come into the room and wonder around before leaving. My mom said if you ever sleep in a suspicious room, don't sleep the normal way but sleep head at the foot of the bed whilst feet to the headboard so you don't sleep in "anyone's" spot.

I travel a lot, most hotels/resorts is you stay more than 2 nights, they don't do regular room maintenance unless you request.
