this is so crazy- I'm mixed race half English and half Jamaican and did one of the dna tests and the biggest surprise is that my mum isn't even English lmaooo her side came back as Flemish in Belgium and France (also turns out my dad's side is Nigerian eyyyyy)

Hey girl ! I have the iud for almost a year and I do not recommend. I do understand everybody’s body is different but 4 of my girlfriends had the same problem as I. Really bad cramps, periods, and headaches. It also really messed up my appetite & during intercourse it got moved (any position, no he wasn’t abnormally large lol) . I now currently have the Nexplanon implant and I recommend this one 100%.
I will say it did clear some acne up though
