Did everything but when I click Open, it opens the console but nothing appears, black screen and then "Network Error Connection Timed out"

completely misleading title, huge dislike. If you say you will explain how to ssh to ECS using WINDOWS, don't explain how to do it using PUTTY, explain how to do it using WINDOWS, meaning, the ssh client that already comes with Windows 10.
