I have a lot of respect for Andrew. This man knows a lot. It almost seemed like he made 170k for 30% offer so that Glen had to come down to 30, ultimately leaving enough shares for the founder Brett.
That the exact thing I thought he did! Brought the offers done, and then basically told Brett that Glen was a much better partner for what he wants. Tons of respect to him for bringing down Glen’s “bottom-feeder” deal
Still, I feel Brett should've tried to get them both at 15% each. Maybe even reducing that to 10% when they get their money back if he's feeling lucky. Overall, he got a great deal with Glen and will likely reap massive gains.
Andrew only made the offer so Glenn would come down, these sharks have a heart of gold

In Australia, getting into retail is the key. In US, they hated retail due to low margin, large capital infrastructure and inventory risk. Could the reason in this is because the size of the US retail market is so huge serving 330mn that in a way demands a lot of upfront capital compared to Australia's smaller retail market serving 20m people?

I think the thing is that this is not a problem. Cards can be put around a wine bottle with a tied string, its not like they are rigid. Also, he said wholesale was 3.54, that means the card is over 5 bucks which is the cost of some wine bottles. Kind of out there imo.

I watch these videos to learn some English phrases used in elaborate sentences. So far, I was able to pick up:
