When making turns backwards I turn my head and shoulders usually the other way than shown in the vid, because I prefer to look in the direction where I go.

Bruno Bouche. oui, et la morphologie de la roue aussi. Tous ces critères jouent, cependant on fini par y arriver sur toutes les machines (du moins pour la marche arrière).

Moi avec la marche arrière je suis très Alezes je sais la faire simple a un piers et même Salomé en arrière avec un seul pied je te ferai une petite vidéo rapide mais c’est vrai qu’au début c’était vraiment galère pour moi
