Im starting my Admin time at an academy NEXT WEEK, Im sooo stressed out, but Im using these types of videos to help me think of questions to ask my employer before my official employment starts!!
You can't be right to every stakeholder in the building; but it is the best decision based on the information you have been given. Well said young sir.
Question: did you seek a specific degree in educational administration or something analogous? I ask because I have a masters in education and wanted to use towards my transition.
I have a master's degree in school leadership. I actually have 2 masters. The first one is in secondary education. The fact that I already had that made getting the leadership degree quick and simple. It took me one year at The University of North Carolina Charlotte.
School administrators generally only do what they like just because they find it easy (although it’s not always right). I was the last student that any typical school administrator would’ve wanted when I was growing up because of my autism! Leaders often discriminate minorities because they feel that trying to keep up with every different type of person wears them out!

Absolutely. When you have new information, make new decisions.
This was a great video !! Thank you 🙏
Your first memo is pretty much the first rule of teaching… you cannot make everyone happy, but that can’t stop you from teaching.
Absolutely. You've got to keep pushing forward.
Thank you for the motivation
You can do this. I'm learning as I go, so we can build off of each other.
