Dave is very clever, I remember the first time one of these guys sat next to him. UA-cam comments weren't amused. He has taught these new guys, and taught them well. They're going to take over and continue his journey/company. Dave built the company, and is stepping aside. He will still be making money, but these new guys too. His legacy will be continued. Great stuff!

As a result, my $40,000 annual income provides me with a better lifestyle than friends who earn twice as much but have mortgages, car payments and have huge credit card balances, on which they pay up to 30 percent in annual interest.

For me, I know the year I decided to go debt free. I know the season and year I started doing the baby steps. Once I truly committed, I started tracking every number. The fact that she can’t say how long she’s been on this journey may contribute to her lack of motivation. She can’t see the end in sight & since she doesn’t seem to be closely monitoring her numbers, she can’t see how much she’s progressed. I made a graph chart & colored in every $100 paid off. That simple chart was motivating!

@@retrojay86 it's been years since I made this comment...so many things had happend and changed but I am glad to be reminded my life without a direction.
My deep motivation or my "why" as to why I do the things that I do now is to live and obey Jesus...not only in my finances but in everything.

If it depreciates, it’s not an asset, it’s a liability. If it does not put money in your pocket or give you purchasing power regardless of whether or not you work and regardless of whether or not it appreciates, it’s a liability.

This was a good segment and both co-hosts work well together. My only suggestion is for Anthony: Go to Disneyland! (Well...when its safe to go😃) It's noble that you want to take your family to Disney one day and you should. But life is short. You can enjoy Disney now AND when you take your family in the future. Or Maybe you should take your parents (But Definitely when its safe 😊) My point is that life is best lived today. You won't dishonor your future family by going on vacation today.

@Dr. Johnny Sins hey 👋, what i meant by my comment was that it starts with the mindset to want to make a changes, as well as sacrifices to become debt free.
