Hearing this version of "Circle of Life" kinda reminds me of the track "Terminal Frost" from Pink Floyd's album, A Momentary Lapse of Reason, because of the tempo, instruments and style of the music.
I still want to hear the version heard in the early Lion King teaser trailers where Lebo M varies his singing style. I wonder if that was released anywhere.
you need to change the artist from "Hans Zimmer" to Elton John, as Elton John composed the songs whereas Hans Zimmer only composed the score (instrumental tracks).
I love this song! Listened to it prior to a cross country meet and got my personal best!
I love this version! As beautiful as the original!
Alexis Wohler Probably because it is 😉, well obviously it was updated more before release, but at least it’s not a cover.
I love the opening to this version

It turnes out that 2:40~3:00 is actually used in actual movie. Seriously go watch that part now and you'll see what I mean
This instrumental still has those chewing noises in the background! 😔
I prefer the electronic flute used in the original. The notes played are different too. Prefer the notes played in this version too.

Please if you've ever found it link me to it I'd much appreciate that.
Definitely prefer this instrumental over all
If only they could release the score demo for the movie version of can you feel the love tonight where we can truly hear the background music.

But the song is partly Elton John's composition (lyrics)
UA-cam itself adds that info.
