IAS Pradeep Singh ko 2018 mein 93rd rank mila tha fir vi nhi mila second attempt mein 26th rank aya tha tab jaake IAS mila 😢 hum general walo ke liye IAS banna bohot mushqil hain..... imagine AIR 93 milne ke baad vi firse dena padta hain exam!
