I agree with a lot of what you said but honestly, it is a UK thing. You just gotta be able to take banter and basically give shit back otherwise people will do it to you more. But honestly watching these boys since the start has been amazing, I've literally grown up with them and I'm still here. The honesty they have is very appealing and I do love how real they are and the way they all manage to keep each other grounded is so nice and refreshing x
I agree with everything you said about the sidemen. This is why watch them a lot. The way they banter is similar to how I banter with my friends. I think some people from the states are thrown off by it. But since I live in Canada, the comedy and banter is similar

I think Simon is the most defensive.
But I think a lot of people misinterpret it as, he just cannot take a joke, which I just do not think is true.
I think it is more of a think where if someone says something, he will have to say something back.
Also, I think you are right about Simon being the most particular, I think he puts standards in his mind that if he does not meet, it will definitely show.
I totally agree. I feel like a lot of time Simon will just try and present his side of an argument, and everyone immediately assumes it’s cuz he’s insecure or too stubborn to accept it.
I don't think Simon is the most defensive, I think he's just very stubborn which can come across as defensive
I love your analysis of the sidemen, everything is so spot on. What I find interesting is their dynamics one on one. Simon seems like a more relaxed version of himself when it's just him and Tobi and Tobi becomes more outgoing. They're always good vibes together, always joking around and having fun. Harry and Ethan together become the two boisterous little brothers wreaking havoc lol. JJ and Ethan become surprisingly smart, especially when they're paired together in gameshows and it's been a running theme that they're the two "dumb" ones. I love the whole group dynamic and it's so cool seeing the individual dynamics in the group too.
Max got harry to a t... Harry is my favourite sidemen I love he has no filter and is honest and say what we are all thinking.

I agree with what you said about Simon, I love him but the other guys are definitely more laid back than he is he’s more reserved.
Love your sidemen analysis vids ! I would agree with comments saying Simon seems the most defensive, from what I’ve seen he always needs to hit back or justify himself (which is not a bad thing at all!)

It's funny, I do think Simon is the most defensive, but I think it's because he's more reserved not uptight. I get him more than some of the other guys because I think he's super smart and more sensitive to things that might otherwise just be lighthearted. Like, he knows his friends are just taking the piss, but he also takes it a bit personally. I do the same thing with my family. I know they love me, but I get in my head about things.

LETS GO THE SIDEMEN AGAIN!!!
Well it helps that they've been friends for a very long time. The Sidemen group was initially formed as a friendship gaming group (GTA 5) and it grew from there.. It started to become more of a business/legacy thingy like 4-5 years after initially starting their own group. It also helps that no one is the leader.. KSI isn't the leader and neither is Josh.
No one is necessarily a leader, but Josh does seem to portray the leadership role of the group. I feel like in any group, one person naturally just seems like a leader
I would say Josh is the leader. Not in a way that he's in charge, but he seems to organise and plan most things behind the scenes.

@@kr98b true! I was actually about to comment that Simon is more often in that leadership role on the second channel, whereas Josh seems to be more business.

About Simon as a big Simon fan I want to say that he’s not tight or anything it just comes across like that because literally everything he says and does is just a joke. He is a one big walking joke and never actually serious about anything with the boys.
From all of the videos i have ever seen from the sidemen i can tell you that you are wrong about simon
i feel like in most other videos vikk is usually the least defensive, with jj, simon and maybe behz being the most
