Looks like a dorm or a hotel. I just can't imagine a single family living there.
Why not? Parents with three kids, maybe even in-laws if the room on the lowest level could be turned into a bedroom.
conficted about the layout maybe different staging like the dnning room turned into a stitting room and the first sitting room being the dinning room mainly because i just wouldnt like visitors having to go up 2 levels of the house idk tho.
This house has way too many levels. It must work for some, but I’m not fond of it.

Can’t understand the love of glass top tables
Not a fan. Not everyone can climb stairs so visitors get cheated out of having too many stairs and too much of a split level
