Triangle problem. Count the triangles and share how many you can see but pause the video before the answer of how many there are in total is revealed!!

Each triangle has at least one corner in the bottom left or right. There are (4+3+2+1)*4=40 triangles with a corner in the bottom left. 4+3+2+1 describes the widths, and *4 describes the length from the bottom left. The right hand side is the same except we don't want to double count truangles with corners in the bottom left, so we have (3+2+1)*4=24 for a grand total of 64.
