Grit - I always feel reluctant to complete anything I started. From now till the end of the year, I will dedicate and discipline myself enough to complete anything I will. For example , going through and completing my 60 days Arc challenge.

Think thoughts of gratitude about my mind and body. Think healing, positive thoughts, instead of the crazy train of anxiety. Grit for some is like a lack of survival mode and there's no setting for that so the body gets damaged exponentially faster. Any suggestions for those that struggle with achieving positive results without destroying themselves in the process? TBI and a few mental disorders here. Struggling with it for the last 14 years and haven't found a work around. Working through it has done a lot, but just going out in public and being noticed as an odd one while being avoided or targeted ends in reclusiveness to avoid intense CNS reactivity with the addition of scar tissue from surgery on left temporal lobe. Not to say my neural connectivity has suffered, it's actually increased. But it's also invited a much more robust response when awareness is active be it conscious, subconscious, or both. Capable of shutting it all down and/or bringing it back up, but that doesn't serve as a useful tool beyond survival and situations that require acute awareness. Any suggestions? I'm all ears.
