      Hi, the Nashville Notaion shows the degrees of the chords on the scale of the key of that song.
      This track is in the key of D major. So the notes of that scale are D, E, F#, G, A, B, C# and again D.
      If you form chords from these scale tones, you get the following chords:
      D major, E minor, F# minor, G major, A major, B minor, C# diminished
