i used to want to use welt when i got him but i had such a hard time deciding what to do with him: break? Effect hite rate? crit? so i benched him instead. never seen a welt do 50% to an elite with his skill lol
welt can be used in 3 ways E0: Support or Break effect like silver wolf E1: Dps but need energy rope E2: Dps no longer need energy rope E4: can lower hit effect to only 20% more atk% or crit damage E6: Whole nem character full damage with break effect rope and crit he will in 2 rotations have enough energy to ult only need 15% effect hit cuz ou have 1 more hit to gamble
I used dps welt just to see him performance and share. dps welt need many requirment probably "difficult" to build crit, effect hit rate, atk or n speed best relic 4pc imaginary or other any good stats team up with pela, pela can up effect hit rate 10% all team maybe if not have good stats not worth to dps
Fu Xuan. I have Luocha and while his healing is downright immense, he has no revive if the enemy choose to gang up on him or any other character. Fu Xuan, meanwhile, can mitigate a LOT of damage. Specially useful on Swarm.
Himeko with breaks better than I expected
Cost me a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to make Himeko 0 cycle of that second half T-T
