I’ve had this type of therapy several times and it cured me of debilitating migraines and chronic pain from fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondylitis and my therapist is by far the best and she is a reiki master I am forever grateful to her I only need to go about once or twice a month just can not afford this month😊 blessed be

This video is beautiful and so helpful. I've sent it to many clients. This is my hands down favorite modality to practice and therapy to receive myself. Just love it.

My chiropractor does this and yes it truly helps. Those that don't believe it is because you've never been to one.

I've achieved similar with myofascial release with large marbles 😅
A gentle touch might be more soothing and grounding than an ice cold sphere of glass tho 😅

Talking is counterproductive during CS work. There are other types of therapies that are great as body centered work for emoting. This is s quiet therapy which requires stillness and noticing the slight changes in respiration, circulation, flow. The nervous system will work itself out with the skills of a good CS practitioner. This therapy is otherwise known as much of what is offered in the basic training provided in Osteopathic medical school. Like anything else, use varied treatments and approaches to achieve your goals.

Just curious, can one perform these techniques on oneself? Or does a practitioner have to do this?

You can treat some things on oneself, but others need a practitioner.

There is no such things as biodynamic craniosacral therapy, it's a way of farming.

I might want to watch this if the computer-generated muzak wasn't so annoying. 2 minutes left my nerves irritated, and I couldn't pay attention to a word she said.
