One big issue… as a person who adopted a teenager from Guatemala in 2003, Guatemala shut down all international adoptions around the end of 2003 because they signed The Hague Treaty which requires that member nations only permit international adoptions if they have the infrastructure to investigate the recipient parents and their countries. Guatemala does NOT have a Hague department so they are not allowed to approve international adoptions of their children (defined as under 18). Even if those kids are here under an asylum request (which has serious merit), Rosa is still a Guatemalan citizen.
They were probably talking about financial issues. I am adopted with a single mother and one of the only reasons why she was able to adopt me is because she has such a stable income.
Power Rangers is a franchise that has for years had the tagline ‘teenagers with attitude’ and often features them at school. So we’re talking about the age range of between 15-19 depending on how year group they’re with (which isn’t usually highlighted) One of these “teenagers” from a few years ago was in his 30s! But they okayed it because he had the acting ability. Just putting it out there
Who are the Debolts? And where did they get 19 kids? That’s an actual thing. A documentary from 1977. It’s so crazy how much stuff exists that you just don’t know about, will never know about, until someone makes an offhand comment.
The first time a Densi Clip causes this in me: 😐🤨🤔🤷♀️ I mean the foster child resolution would have held quite many potentials of wins, challenges and troubles to go through, for example ending up with / standing up for a difficult or health affected child or something; this "convenience solution" is just so unusual I don't know how to feel about it. From an author's perspective I see that exactly that point can lead to a bunch of other surprises or plot twists taking them on a very unique family level as a couple, but honestly, right now from audience's perspective I'm feeling kind of "eeeehh?"
So if these two are married then why are they still working together in the same unit. Everyone knows that as soon as two agents have any kind of relationship that they are immediately separated and one of them has to be transferred. That's in any law enforcement and the military.
Oh god guys its a STORYLINE!! with other words the producer of the show write or work at a great storyline, and then they share it with the team, in this case, "Deeks always very go with the flow" so all off the sudden he hase to adopt two teen agers in stead off one, that's the reason why he's mumble not because he doesn't want this.... Pffff jezus guys get a LIFE!!!!:-€

ITS NOT FAIR TO FANS FOR THEM TO HAVE TO ADOPT GROWN UPS!!!! WHAT A LET DOWN, FOR YEARS WATCHING AND HOPING FOR A LITTLE ONE . WIFE WILL CONTINUE TO RECORD NOW WITH FRIENDS AND THEY WILL JUST SKIP THEM. OUR FAMILY FEELS THE SAME ALONG WITH FRIENDS. There done with them!!! Season 13 sucks!!! And wife and friends very unhappy.
The problem is the actress that plays Rosa is 26 and she definitely doesn't look like a teen if they had cast an actual 14 to 16 I wouldn't be mad but this just makes it look like they are adopting an adult
I love this show but I hate how the show started turning and dragging certain events out and they should have some consideration and found someone else to put Kensi in a relationship with especially that it's her damn brother-in-law but I'm glad they didn't have kissing scenes now I understand that actors do end up kissing and have love scenes but come on she's married and that's her brother-in-law have some consideration especially that can cause serious relationship problems
They quite literally do not care because they are professionals. Don’t project your weird issues onto them. After this long of playing married, I really don’t think it’s an issue to anyone. It’s a job, and they are acting.

This seemed interesting so I look it up. In regards to a Hague department, here's a quote from an article on the HCCH, "On 19 January 2017, the Republic of Guatemala deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents". And there's seems to be a number of resource sites to help parents looking to adopt from Guatemala.
Deeks being the dad to 2 daughters and with Kenzie being the ninja she is… god have mercy on anyone who tries to hurt them…
Not to mention her very protective aunt and uncles who all have guns and one is a former Navy SEAL
Unless it’s Kessler. In which case no mercy on that f**ker.

First if I remember correctly there are exceptions to that and if asylum is a need for a minor or young adult the investigation may be waived.
