Thanks! This is my first Healey, so a bit of a learning curve with the way it is constructed compared to what I am used to working on. Hopefully I don't botch it too badly.
Hah, that is about as random as my collection! The history on the Checker Cab cars are fascinating to me and it seems most of them have unique stories attached to them. I'll be slowly introducing more of my collection over the coming weeks as I start getting things organized and try to get some progress on all of the projects.
@@JamesSorenson A brother from a different mother! I look forward to seeing the collection. I hope I can get organized enough to figure out what I have.
It's definitely high up on my list. There's not much left on the car that is still powered through the original wiring though, as much of it has hastily been rewired by the prior owner.
I am going through a 1970 MGB currently but a Healy is my dream car!!
Look forward to following along as you update..
A nice solid base to work with. Good luck!
Good show. You have an intrinsically satisfying manner about you: the car and where you going with it . . .
Hope your reno goes well and you post more vids as you progress. They don't make em like this anymore !!
I'll be continuing the series on the Healey, just waiting on parts at the moment to continue.
Good luck with all the work. I've done a couple myself.

You're my kind of guy! I have a BaT MGTD, BaT Checker Cab, a BaT Model A, the big Honda Shadow, and a few dozen others. Keep up the good work.

I bought it from BaT -- won't be going back any time soon.
