When I was a practicing Nurse, I specialized in Prostate Cancer. I took care of a Ship Captain. He told me wonderful stories of the Great Lakes. One I’ll never forget. He said one time in a storm, a ship, not his, but a ship was bent back like opening a sardine can! I was enthralled with his stories. Idk if he told me the truth, but he had me! Lol…Wonderful man, so interesting too. He also said the Lakes were more dangerous than open seas? Again, not sure if he was pulling my leg, but I talked and talked to him, asking questions and he was so patient with me. I really liked that man. Btw….he did just fine. Bless his soul.
