You nailed it on the impeccable photography in the comment. I remember, the film connoisseurs kind used to dig this advertising aesthetics that Indian advertising, and the indie music videos ushered in, which resulted in some of the stunning looking images, and shot making that we could feast our eyes on. This particular song was shot sometime in the 90's, somewhere in Goa. And at that time, the camera and the equipment were not that much sophisticated compared to today's ones. Yet, the composition, the color palette, the overall imagery stand out. Even today, so long after, this one feels so fresh, so vivid, so edgy, yet so beautiful. That's some real talent there. Some of the best cinematographers of the times used to work on these music videos. Kudos to them. So much to learn!

The cinematographic brilliance of the song is lost in the soothing voice of Shaan. None the less, one of the best remixes to go down Indian Music History. Absolutely nothing came close to this masterpiece in the last 2 decade.

The mesmerizing photographs are by Madhur Shroff
The model is Naveeda Mehdi
@@tejasjoshi8840 hey Tejas, thank you for sharing that! I've been looking for that information for a long time. How did you find out that Madhur Shroff was the photographer that took all the mesmerizing black and white photographs featured in the song?

Oooh my God! I remember waiting for this song to play on MTV. Always loved the video. This is one excellent remix! This is how it should be done.
Wish piracy had not killed the Indian pop industry 😔
Want to go back to 1994 and stay there forever.
There was time when I use to listen to this song on walkman and write it's lyrics... No song can match the vibe. These are not songs, these are memories. And I was in love with the actress, imagining your crush in this song.. Wow!
Where did those good old days gone man...?! People now a days are unpredictable... Life was so simple during those days.
Hearing these 90's music makes me go back to those days... Man I miss those days badly... Really feeling nostalgic after watching this video... 90's music is awesome.
I started to go to school in the US. I went back to Pakistan the first year. I discovered the meaning of home after spending a year away from it.
I discovered this song that year. I was flying back. I plugged into the airplane entertainment system. This song came on. Never have I cried so much in my life. This song has a special place in my heart. Shaan's voice is meant for this song.
Those days was the golden days of my life...😢😢😢😢 koi fikkhar nehi tha,koi tension nehi tha baas school, dost, khelna aur ghumna..kaati paatang tha ekdam... I love Indipop..big thanks to Shaan da,Abhijit,Lucky Ali and Kk for making our childhood awesome!!!

No smart phones, no internet, only music cassettes, English was new in songs. Pure innocence 💕. As 90"s kids we enjoyed the music and summer holidays. Video games were still new. Cycling, love letters written and passed by friends. Love cards. No Valentine's days.. Miss 90"s days.
One of the best videos.. Direction wise and song wise.. Still love it.. What a voice shaan has..
2015 and this is still one of the greatest songs ever.

me born in 1990 yeahhhhhhh
Ya, this voice is missing now a days
The cinematographic brilliance of the song is lost in the soothing voice of Shaan. None the less, one of the best remixes to go down Indian Music History. Absolutely nothing came close to this masterpiece in the last 2 decade.
Instant Karma had the very best remix of songs.... damn.... miss my early teenage years
Who is listening to it in January 2018 ??
The time when I was 7 year old, now I’m 26. Time flies.
Missing old days. 90,s please come back.
