And the Holy Spirit had me click on it today literally after planting a very uncomfortable seed😭😭😭😭 And even as I am typing this I feel it all so heavy in my spirit😭😭😭😭😭😭 Thank you Holy Spirit, and thank you for this testimony! TESTIMONY THAT WILL BUILD OTHER'S FAITH !!
After sowing for many years the Lord has just started to release a lump some of money. I'm believing for my own home. My name is Faith, please keep me in prayer.
All I did was type in Trusting God in my home process and this video popped up. I've been up crying all night. Your story is the exactly what I am going through at this very moment. I'm 51 years old and been divorced 3 years now. My prayer for years is to become a homeowner. Years went by and the timing was not right. (And my now ex-husband hadn't and I were going through a rough time) Even then, God was working on my behalf. So here is my story. I was preparing to buy a home in the fall of 2019. I was in prayer one day and I clearly heard the Lord say "I want you to wait on a home." I remember hearing that and me saying WHAT? WHY???? I was upset BUT I OBEYED and waited. January 2020, the Lord told me in a dream that the reason why he wanted me to wait was because a shift in the atmosphere was about to take place. I immediately woke up from this dream wondering what could this be about. The very next month (February) Coronavirus hit the nation. I remember saying...Okay Lord this is why you had me wait. My life changed drastically from then on. I work for the Federal Government where I am a Federal Inspector with the United States Department of Agriculture and because of Covid-19 my finances started to dwindle. I will be totally transparent right now. I went from bringing home $4200-4500 biweekly to $1950 biweekly. My rent is $2197 and my car payment is $669 monthly. Never worried about my bills until this happened. I felt myself falling into a depression because, at that very moment, I knew I had to move, I could no longer afford my apartment. BUT GOD!! Fast forward. In August of 2020, an old friend of mine (who is also a Federal Inspector) contacted me stating that she had a word from the Lord for me. During our conversation she informed me that she had purchased a home through USDA Loan. (We talked about becoming homeowners all the time in the past) She told me that God placed 3 people in her spirit to share with them her blessing and becoming a homeowner and about the USDA Loan. This loan is special because there is no downpayment and the USDA finances the loan 100%. I was one of those 3 people. She said "Toni, the portals are open for you. You need to pursue this." I said to my friend "I've already looked into this USDA Loan and this loan is only for rural areas." I told my friend that there are NO rural areas where I live. (I live in South Florida) She then told me; "Toni, you need look again, the portals are open." What she stated stayed ion my spirit for about 1 1/2 month. I couldn't shake off what she shared with me especially when a Woman of God prophesied to me to prepare myself for she saw real estate coming in Early October. It was at that time, I received that and just starting researching USDA Loans and its requirements. I started looking for rural areas in South Florida. My job consist of my visiting 5 establishments. I travel approximately 220 miles a day. One of my establishments is located in a country like setting, but it was the furthest of all my establishments. (It takes me 1 hour 1/2 to get to this establishment) God put it in my spirit to look at homes in this area. I remember saying; "Lord here?" Anyway, I obeyed and starting searching for homes in this area. Low and behold, this area was full of new developments. Brand new homes are being built all around this area. So, I got a pen, pad and I began my search. Staying up all night for days at a time...searching and writing down addresses of the homes I liked. Then, I would go to the USDA map to see if any of the houses eligible for the loan. Several of them was not but most of them were. I started to get excited. Finally, I narrow it down to about 10 choices. Next, I pulled up my credit scores on MY FICO and my scores were fair but not bad. I was already introduced to a realtor that worked with another inspector in the area so she was sort like on hold. (on hold for a year) I called her up, she remembered me and I told her that I think I was ready to try now. She was excited. On October 22nd 2020, I applied for a USDA Loan with 3 lenders and got pre-approved from all 3. I called and left a message with my realtor and told her the good news. At this time, I was ready to get this thing started, but my realtor is nowhere to be found. After 3 days, she finally contacts me and said: "I didn't know you were pre-approved, that's great but I can't meet up with you for 3 days." Wasn't too happy with that, but I had no other choice. (I am about 1 hour 1/2 south of where these properties are. Needed her to go ahead and start the ball rolling) Then out of nowhere , another realtor calls me and introduces herself to me and congratulates me on my pre-approvals. I told her thank you and quickly inform her that I was already working with a realtor. She apologizes and was about to get off the phone when I asked her if I could ask her some questions. She answered all my questions and even offered to go look at some of these properties for me and let me know all I wanted to know about them. About 1 hour later, she called me and gave me the information I needed. It was at that very moment that I knew I was supposed to be working with her. So I asked her if she mind working with me and she accepted. I called the other realtor and thanked her for everything, and stated to her that God put this other realtor in my path for a reason and that I had to follow that path. She apologized and wished me luck. I have been with my present realtor till this day. Fast forward, everything was going good until we hit a snag with once of my credit cards. I used this CC during the pandemic to help with my bills. The lenders stated that this CC had to be paid. I'm saying to myself, I don't have that type of money to pay this CC off. I immediately started to get discouraged. Then out of nowhere, my realtor tells me; "Don't worry Toni, I will have the Lenders to take out what you owe out of my commission, and we will work out a payment plan later." I started crying because no-one has ever helped me like this. She stated that God put her in my life to help me. She is a Christian who is on fire for GOD!!!! WHAT!!!! Hallelujah Hallelujah. Some things, have come up on this home purchase journey and I have wanted to quit several times but this realtor will not let me quit. She is a HUGE inspiration to me. I am suppose to close by December 11th , my payment is going to be way less then my rent I can see the light at the end of the rainbow and yet another problem has come up. And like you stated in your testimony, I have a similar issue where I have told the leasing office that I will be moving and I now have to be out of my apartment by December 31st. 2 weeks ago I was informed by the lenders that I only had to have $4,200 for closing. (No down payment required on a USDA Loan now) however, on Wednesday I received an e-mail from the lenders stating that my total closing cost will be approximately $9,000 and that I was short $3800 and the I couldn't close until I come up with that. I was crushed and cried all evening. I couldn't even work. I cried out to God and ask God why did you bring me this close to have the rug snatch from up under me....and was like, I'm so close Lord. I don't have that type of money. What am I going to do. Got in contact with my realtor and she is trying to calm me down. After I was calm, she said; "Toni, your money is to pay off the CC I am going to take part of my commission and pay the difference." She said: "You don't remember me telling you this?" So I ask my realtor why didn't the lenders say that in the e-mail. She states that they can't say it on paper. I felt relief, but the enemy is trying to get in my head again. I have been in spiritual warfare fro the start of this whole process. Many Many times, I want to give up but my realtor would not let me .Your testimony is confirmation to me that everything is going to be okay if I just trust in God and have faith. There is so much I left out in this comment, but I had to share part of my story with you. Again, thank you for sharing your beautiful testimony. I officially closed on my home on 12/28/21 and moved in in 12/30/21. God is so faithful to his word and I can’t thank him enough. I’m touching and agreeing with you in your home. God sent the perfect House my way in his timing in 2006 when I was being abused by my family living at home. I was 31. I had no savings and no income to move out, My life was a real mess. I came across a gorgeous small house for sale. I had no vision and no plans to buy my own house as that was too scary and expensive for me. I thought I didn't deserve this house because it was perfect. During the open-house, God said to me "where there's a will there's a way". I got excited. A week later my grandma died and left me inheritance money in her Will. I used it as a deposit on that new house and lived there on my own for 13 years. God helped me pay off the mortgage within 5 years, by sending me amazing jobs. I'm now renting it out as a passive income, & living with my partner. last year God told me he wants me to buy a 4-bedroom house. As I'm mortgage-free, I have well-paid jobs that I love, plus this passive income, plus I'm able to save money every month, my goal is to to save up for another 2-bed house, mortgage free, in cash within 5 years. Then I'll sell both homes and buy a 4-bed. God made it easy for me to buy the first home but I had to wait for years and years to get away from my abusers. He was teaching me to get stronger in that time of waiting. Never give up!

wow i was feeling so hurt yesterday i was house hunting and felt so weary about looking at expensive homes over thinking that i can't afford it this video and another lady video "how God bless me with a house and didn't have a dollar" is the name but I'll continue my search on finding my dream home ! please agree with me in FAITH in my process of finding a 🏡
I was feeling the same way discouraged and in the same boat ,and while I was doing the dishes one evening my heart sunk thinking I couldn’t afford a home with my income. And the Lord brought a scripture to me and I’ll give it to you also to stand on! My God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that worketh in us.
My sister who is not saved yet gets mad at me and says you go where your pocketbook takes you, but I say I’ll go where my faith takes me! I’m making a huge vision board and putting it right where I could see it everyday in my living room! And my pics of my dream home will be on
it with all the scriptures for it!

This is one of the most encouraging testimonies that I've heard. You also give me a prayer strategic with the prayer of Jabez. Yes God has told me to buy a house that is completely out of my price range but I know the purpose He has for my house. Thanks for sharing such a powerful testimony. A SIster at church asked me last Sunday "what do you want me to agree in prayer for, with you? before I even thought about it, I said a HOUSE, she then asked had I been looking, I said no. Now, God, that week told me I needed to start looking, but I began to ponder and wonder how...no money, credit, what others would say, it's only me why do you need a house, etc, Now tonight the same WOG told me that the Lord told her & her husband to sow a seed for me regarding my house (they sow it at that moment ). I just went into CRAZY praise. I know God was showing me that He GOT ME. Yes, I thank God for your Miracle House....Now tonight, Holy Ghost told me to look up people that God had blessed with a house and yours was the second one I listened to. OH, I had shared with God that I wanted a new house (one that no one has lived in)....A MIRACLE is what I want!!!! enlarge my territory, I'm asking for beyond my reach or qualification. Thank you for your testimony! My husband and I are believing God for our miracle home. Our testimony is a like, we too just sowed a $1000 sacrificial seed believing that it would open the door. We do our walk around on Thursday and close next Wed. We don't have the money but believing God for the miracle. Your testimony gives me hope

Thanks dear for sharing this testimony, i had the same experience, gave up and no way was i going to qualify for my current house but God made it possible, i had to pay deposit to secure the place, i saw the place when my account was also overdraft or overdraw, my business was so down but the bank still processed my application and i got my house thru faith n believe that God would give me what is rightfully mine, thanks for these testimony, God is always faithful and never fails...
