Bucks the trend as when all the Belgian labels and producers where crowbarring the the Juno "What's that?" patch AKA the Dominator Hoover sample into every track, this emits pure emotion instead of the usual aggressive sound (that is not a negative, just a refreshing change from the norm).

I love hoovers, but you do have a point. Especially as I've only ever heard this kind of sound out of a couple of Belgian producers... Cubic 22 also has a track like this.
CJ Bolland - Mantra is another Belgian track that is more uplifting and spacey like this. That came out in '92 I think, it's fucking brilliant though in case you haven't heard it.
