It's basically a Fair Value Gap(FVG). It is a 3 candle structure where there is space between the upper wick of the first candle and the lower wick of the third candle. If there are no wicks then, there is a space between the bodies of the first and third candle. In simple words, the first and third candles do not overlap.

For the SOP no. 6 we go to the lower TF to identify change of character (Choch).. i saw your old video.. sometime you find Choch at TF M5 and sometime at TF M1.. Which Choch TF are the most appropriate to use? Or is there any specific answer such as this pair you should use M5TF (Choch) or that pair you should use M15TF (Choch) . 2. If we have impulsive more to the upside or downside.. if the retracement is also impulsive type return to our POI.. is there okay to pull the trigger.. or maybe the retracement to the POI must be complex or compression is consider higher probality setup? 3. After impulsive move, retrace and Choch at our LTF.. we mark our POI zone that have imbalance near.. so most of the time SMC trader will mark the extreme POI after the Choch... does all the imbalance need to be fill or not? - i kinda know the answer for this questions.. that why on this video you are having SL at your first POI because we never know where the price will move exactly.. trading is the probability game and risk management.. The strategy I explained in the video will help you immensely if you master it… you can also find all this in the lower TF but it will be a low probability trade.

If we follow 2hr as higher and 5mi as Lower with all stesp common will it be ok . 4hr ~ 2hr ( mark HH, LH and Bos ), 1hr ~ 30mi ( mark demand zone and imbalances and liquidity ), 15mi~ 5mi ( mark demand zone and wait for change of structure )

If you take your fibs,that last zone is below 0.5,the second demand zone was in premium level( above 0.5),when it's above 0.5,it's expensive,so people don't buy,they look to sell at that level,but below 0.5,price is cheap and they look to buy,that's why I was sure I could take that trade from the second demand zone,but great video
After we marked our Demand zone in 15M TF, can we wait for price to reach POI and then switch to another lower TF like 5M or even 3M or 2M TF to wait for another CHOCH to take trade. This way we can have smaller SL and higher RR. Will this work?
Why don't you look at the left side of the chart after the price structure breaks? It doesn't matter where the price came from after the break structure ?
Hi, why do you put the entry point at different positions on the 2 zones ? On the higher one, it's placed at the bottom of the demand zone but on the lower one, it's at the top of the demand zone ? Thanks

I would have put the entry price at the top of the demand zone in both of them and stop loss below the demand zone. All we can say is price is likely to go somewhere in the demand zone but we don’t know where. Thanks
@@timnash3801 you never can tell which LTF demand zone the market would fly up from, hence the two entry. Since the upper demand zone failed, the lower demand zone trigger and still gave profit. Sometimes if you keep waiting for price to come to lower demand zone it will fly up without further retracement.

CHOC is confusing. If Iam looking for an entry say on M30, do I look for the CHOCH on M30 or on say a higher timeframe H4. Those are going to be different areas.
H4 is for stronger trend bias. I’d be comfortable stay in H1 for the longest time since its the sweetspot. M15 and M30 is ideal for finding high possible for entry

CHOC is confusing. If Iam looking for an entry say on M30, do I look for the CHOCH on M30 or on say a higher timeframe H4. Those are going to be different areas.
H4 is for stronger trend bias. I’d be comfortable stay in H1 for the longest time since its the sweetspot. M15 and M30 is ideal for finding high possible for entry
