My boys were able to watch the live phone chat with Kevin yesterday after their dinner and my oldest son, after hearing how awful Kevin is being treated immediately looked at me and asked..."Dad, how is it possible that innocent people like Mr. Lane have no rights but guilty people seem to get all the breaks?" I smiled at seeing my son grow up right before me, but also tempered my happiness with simply telling him that as we grow older, THESE situations are called "Life". Not everyone experiences bad things, but Mr. Lane is absolutely going through a bad time and he is STILL staying positive for himself and his son and his loved ones! Best I could say without shedding some tears. I think my son heard me! He hugged me and said he would say a special prayer for Kevin AND for YOU Matt in helping your friend. Been a few similar cases in the past where people have been locked up and found innocent , released and they have tried to sue the system then were set up and sent back inside , corruption to the highest levels makes me sick
