Or you can equip a bunch of healing potions and use them all before you finish off the last swordsman. You need that 100% health to get S rank :D
Yeah that's what I did
I had 96% Health And got B rank
me too ! I finished the fight using all this items, and had about 98% of health, finished with B or C rank ! ALWAYS !!! What to do ???
YukiGamer I had like 88% health and got a B too. It sucks ass and it’s simply unfair..
GUYS YOU NEED 100% HP AT THE END
instead of increasing Defend, take a HP Bottle

Damn, thanks. I beat with 100 life and defeated them all in sequence. Took like 1 minute to complete
i got no problem getting an S rank with kakashi but when i use guy, lee and Sakura it's hard as hell, even when i do 3 separate battles SAKURA is the only freaking one i cant get an S rank with,
This battle doesn't depend on health.
To get the S rank easier (for anyone who can't get the perf. or the user who can't get past Shark Skin) kill as many Zetsu as possible and kill the Swordsmen. To do this, just spam support, jutsu, and the dashing cutting thing (YYB or Tri-Tri-Circ)
Also, KOing the bosses should kill Zetsus with their impact upon the ground.
Another alternative is to just equip potions

this is actually help ful I have beaten this mission 7 times and 3 out of those 7 I got a B even though I perfected the battle I didn't kill them fast enough is all I beat it in like 3 minutes I believe

Got an S on this, forgot to save, most frustrating thing to try to get S again.
Better way is put on health potions and pick legendary then have full health when u finish off the last guy.
All you have to do is get perfect health put on some ointments and before you finish the last guy off put some ointments
well i have a ps3 btw so i dont have these features you told me so i just deleted the install of Naruto and so the patch 1.2 deleted with it then installed the game again and everything worked fine i got the platinum hopefully hope this help for anyone who have trouble with this :)
I know a ceratin way to get S on Guy vs 7 Swordsmen. Don't get even one hit. I finished it with full health, got an S rank. So use that substitution logs. I also used Thunder Bento which gives me boost in atk and def and so that helps you defeat the enemies quicker.
I like how I can beat them in 30 seconds without getting hit, and then I get a C rank
Too easy for me platinum every naruto game all the storms for ps3 and ps4 including Shinobi Striker hopefully a ps5 in the future 🙏

Anyway, will you do this for other boss battles as well?
Instead of item which increases Defender, take a bottle of hp and at the end use it so that you have 100% HP. Keep using Increase Atk, best at the end

This fight was extremely easy, I kinda spammed his ninjutsu atk and lost only like 3% HP in total. NOt sure why I only got B in this fight overall lol
because you have to kill more ninja and get more behind kils
I kiled 50 of them and I kiled 20 ninja behind and I get the S

Can you explain to me how you're using your Hero items on the Legend difficulty? I would appreciate it.
You know what, I found that out immediately after asking the question. I had assumed your items were based on your ultimate decision (I always went legendary).
Now I'm curious about why they split them up to begin with. I guess some kind of balancing issue? No health items when you can also do whatever else.

This fight was BS. I dropped all of them in under a minute. They hit me maybe twice. I ran through them and I only got a B rank. This was on legend as well. what the hell? Its like they change the ranking system for this fight.
