@Gairika-yes brilliant but also it emphasizes the fact that if both are working then it is a good thing -if she was allowed to work from before it would be even much better whether covid like situation or not - i mean if a person wants to work and does actually work. but then taking care of the child should be both the parents responsibilities - in this case if the husband was not doing office work full time at home he could have helped with some house work where possible of course only then it is possible with both working full time -and with only 1 child it could be possible

@@afia9641 alhumdulillah baqi ka tu keh nahi sakta, but in my home womens come first, me n my sis were having a one class gap, my father told me that if she did not got open merit in mbbs i will then self finance her and u have to try best to get admission on merit, so she went to private college i went into government medical college.
When came shaadi ki baat that time also my father asked her first if u r happy with the said rishta then i will give a green signal and when my turn came there was no meri marzii.
And now coming back to ur praising thing, i stand with all the ladies who are abused, mentally, physically or emotionally...
Allah gave me much i donate my salary to female victims of abuse, there is no need where i give it, thats between me and my Allah...

It is a real tribute to all women…..during pandemic, they really faced the situation with calm and grace…remembered, one Chinese proverb..when tempest comes, big trees are uprooted but a blade of grass remains intact….both Mediha and Usman Mukhtar have acted wonderfully and naturally….

Also the man is dependent on the low quality wife as he needs a free servant or free slave. Such low level people with cheap mentality are commenting like you did publicly. The father is behaving so rudely with child due to struggles and frustration as he has a bad mentality towards women that is why he is struggling with hardships. You have a bad mentality so you will suffer like them.

LOVED "EK TO TUM AURATEIN".....which is a typical tagline used on women to make them feel everything they do is unnecessary and useless .....yet they r the ones running the households and bringing food to the table 3 times a day everyday every week every month every year ...and now a days the all rounder women are also lending a hand in household expenses which is just INCREDIBLE........it's indeed time to MAKE SOME NOISE TO CELEBRATE THEM......only we know how the Asian families managed money to run households during the pandemic with salary cuts .... Alhamdulillah.... beautiful depiction of those days shown very realistically without over dramatizing anything....MORE POWER TO PAK DRAMA INDUSTRY

I felt like I was watching an inside view of my home on UA-cam during the pandemic. Housewives are the backbone of our family system in Pakistan. This is why Pakistan has survived wars and worst economic conditions. Standing ovation to the whole team of this short film!

Madiha is so natural & Osman as well. She brought out the real wife & mom especially portraying the plight of women during Covid times. Imagine a woman handling a joint family. That is even worse when all you have to do is cook, clean, teach kids & the clocks ticks again the next day.

Mom got covid and home was not home when she was in the room for 20 days. Man how did I endured my notice period at work and managing house with Abu was the most difficult tasks. Though, maid was coming But I was getting irritated at everything. Clothes were not clean and I was relying on them to wear than for more than 2 days. Didn't struggle financially because we didn't get our pay halved but emotionally we were weak without Ami. These 20 days made me realize how Ami is the super manager while in our life we some ordinary ones. Earning money isn't the only job.

Loved it. Faced the same situation and for the first time in my life started freelancing though had no skills but learnt through too many tutorials to polish my skills and Alhamdulillah managed our expenses for the initial few months of covid.

So close to home and highlighting the hidden efforts women put into a relationship. I increased my hours to meet household expenses without letting my husband know. How I hid that for an entire year over covid and juggled work & home I will never know…And the reason I didn’t let him know was so he doesn’t get comfortable knowing the bills are being paid, it was to keep him working hard and not give up
