Ok lng ma ban Ang Pogo pero under sila Ng Lokal,permit to register lng.Hindi pwedi galawin Yan Ng national.Habang Hindi iniintindi ang Munisipal Ordinance,Mga empleyado lng ang nakakaalam.Bawal Yan galawin kahit sinu,dahil mawawalan kayo Ng lisensya Oras ginalaw nyo Yan.Wawaldasin lng Yan Ng mga public opisyal,kaya kaylangan isara,kng Hindi sila bigyan Ng permit to operate..the Administrator..jury..

Why do they have to monitor them? Just check their papers and permits if they are all legit. And if found to be engaging in illegal activities like torture, detention, prostitution, etc., just outright cancel all their permits and arrest all those involved. Mukhang lumalabes may mga nagpoprotekta pa sa mga mokong.
