High Rise Hyundai Traction Elevators in Jakarta

° UPDATE (Apr 2023): One of the four elevators shown in the beginning of this video have been modernized by KONE in 2022. It is unknown if the elevators in the other towers will be modernized as well or not.
Some really nice and fast Hyundai elevators in a cluster of high rise residential buildings in Jakarta. I think the model of these elevators might be Hyundai "Time & Space" (FI-T&S) since these buildings were built between 2019 and 2012 and T&S's successor, iXEL, was only launched in 2012.
The last two elevators were filmed with JC 95 Elevator.

I've been in one of these in an apartment in Jakarta Barat. The lifts seem to be higher quality than their MRL and low rise installations.

For some reasons this building developer LOVES Hyundai lifts.

Also these Hyundai lifts (at least some in this video) have racing indicators (where indicator is faster than lift). That does not happen with other iXel installations I know of.

+182duhkj1hwif8y98y2h3ed I don't think racing indicators are the best thing to describe those with. It is not designed to show that the lifts are faster than they are, but whatever number is on that floor assures you that the lift will not stop on floors before reaching that floor until the number changes.

Nice iXel. This developer really likes Hyundai lifts up until recently after Hyundai is criticized for their reliability. It seems like the developer sort of backed out on using Hyundai and used Kone, Otis, etc.

Btw, I wonder why high speed elevators tend to classic level. Why they don’t just wait to fully level first, then open the doors?

To speed up the elevator service a little bit. High speed elevator but with very slow leveling is just disappointing.

Yea this residences skipped floor 13 and 14 floor skipped because the other one elevator serve floor 13 and floor 14
