Dont you think investing 80-100 million and waiting for 10 years is a foolish idea. 4. It would've been much better if DHA-5 commercial plots current worth, Head Office update and Intetchange progress would also been discussed in this video. 5. You are suggested to review it yourself critically and compensate by uploading detailed video covering all aspects including points mentioned by the undersigned vide para-4, please.
Appreciate your feedback. This wasn't a marketing video for C2. Property Gupshup is a very tiny part of our network anyways. We don't solely relay on our channel to sell stuff. Plus, not every video on our channel is meant to sell plots. The idea was to do a video on if DHA Head Office is really a big deal for the commercial strips of DHA Expressway. That comment on C2 video was the basis for this video. We often respond to comments through dedicated videos. Like we have done for many comments of yours as well. We used ten years because we believe DHA5 will be at its peak around that time. Secondly, we believe that in ten years these 80-90 million will be worth twice as much.

You people are driving the market pretty good nevertheless yr stance on C-2 is somewhat agreeable. I'm grateful for yr honouring my comments and responding. My only suggestion is to please don't pressurize common man, through market gimmicks, to invest as people are already in deep financial shit as any wrong decision in dead market will ruin their families. Keeping in view yr response last two lines if apprx. 10 yrs are required to get the investment doubled than it's not a good deal at all because very easy way, particularly now a days, is to get yr amount fixed with National savings or any good bank return will be 3Xtimes. We agree with you that financial sector offers better returns. Unfortunately, people don't understand this. Still we believe that high net worth individuals should have some real estate in their portfolios. Yes we do market different products (plots and houses). However, being our regular and engaged viewer you may have noticed that we don't do senseless marketing of DHA. Infact in this particular video we didn't even use the word "buy" or "purchase". However, given the nature of the content we accept that our video may contain implications for investment decisions. How many times during last months have we overtly suggested people to invest? Not many. We have been preaching caution through our channel and advising people to not take short term decisions in our videos. Good video, probably it will take 25 years to get return from these Commercial that are very far away. Development in DHA 5 has also been slowed from 4 years to 6 years due to non availability of funds. Number of Commercial plots are too much. Better buy good residential and nearly developed plot. We highly doubt if you have ever visited DHA Phase 5 Islamabad at all. Here's a little litany of development event of last year 2022: 1. Main avenues and boulevards were rehabilitated of Sectors A, B, & C. 2. Overseas Sector K was given possession after record development in 16 months. 3. New DHA Head Office was inaugurated in October. 4. Parks are developed in Sectors A, B, C, and Overseas Sector K. In fact in Sector K alone 3 years are developed. 5. FWO is developing DHA Interchange at a fast pace. 6. Overseas Sector J is near to completion. 7. New streets of Sector K are cut and being developed. 8. A new sector by the name of Pine Hills is being developed. We believe doing all that require funds and if DHA don't have funds for DHA Phase 5 than how is DHA doing all this? We suggest you to come over and we will do a video with you and show you around. And yes there are still litigation areas in Sector F1, Sector G, and Sector H. Which we never hide at all. We recently did a video on Sector F1 being development hell. In our drone series we have shown and duly marked litigation areas of Sector G and H.

You just guide that we have to wait over 15 years after buying a Commercial Plot of 8 Crore to get a return...If you build you will get low rental clients. Any blind person with minimum knowledge can foresee it. Prices have been kept exponentially high without justification to engaged overseas. Look at time taken in DHA Phase 4, 6 and Valley....Investors are dead now and files are with their kids. Allah say daroo
