This is so heartbreaking to watch, Bodom After Midnight sounds full of energy live, like Alexi catched his early days fire again... Rest in Peace Alexi, there won't be a single day in my life were I don't think about you ❤🤘🏼
I totally agree, mate. They are so tight, the songs performed in late 2020 have so much energy. What a shame that nobody will be able to ever hear listen to that again.
Thanks for recording these! Was a pretty damn nice gig and can't wait to see more shows down the road. The youngsters were badasses behind their instruments!!
I'm glad I got to see CoB, but man it sucks knowing I'm not going to be able to see Alexi again with Bodom After Midnight. Watching vids from this show the whole band's playing seemed tight.
This proves of how much a solid drummer makes the world of a difference. Jaska has always had horrible tempo and didn't give a fuck about getting better.
All things considered, they’re keeping to the album speed and to me, this is probably the most in time Alexi has been on those solos for a very long time.
Oh, I don't recall him ever playing that solo that good live. He mainly just skipped a few notes in the end of both solos because he had to be on time for the next riff. The song is composed such that they overlap a little, so it's basically impossible to do both perfectly, and the riff is more important because if he misses that, it could throw the whole band off and fuck up the entire song.
That solo is extremely difficult in terms of timing. The best I've heard Alexi play it was at Tuska Open Air 2003, and even then you can feel the stress in his fingers lol
Rest well, Wild Child. You'll be missed. :(
Alexi voice sounds much better than in last few CoB albums

Rest in Power! 🤘🏻

Alexi laiho never become old.. Still powerfull energy🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿
you were right...he will never be old..
Wow, so much more on point and way tighter sounding than CoB ever did. Finally Alexi shows what he really is capable of
This sounds much better than the last years of COB! 👌👌👌👌
What an amazing guitarist and frontman of all time...such a terrible tragedy!! R.I.P. Alexi "WildChild" Laiho!!!!🤘🤘😇😇🤘🤘

Alexi's sure been practicing lately

@@metaliikka627 no näimpä kyl harmittaa olisin kyl halun nähä tota kokoonpanoa enemmän mutta joskus käy näin 🙄🙄
Great to see Middy back on stage, now in a more heavy kinda stuff, still the best 🤘🔥🌪️🖤
Cheers from Argentina everybody! 🍻🔥
Sounding awesome \-/
Fuck Fuck Fuck! He was coming back again! damnit

I think a lot of that was due to immense back pains. But yeah, your point still stands, this is tighter.
i think that jaska fitted cob perfectly
Nice! Feels fresh 👌
Long life bodom
This is so heavy !
Great to see Alex & co on stage. When are they going to perform their own songs? I'd be eager to listen some...
suenan la rajaa
WTF, how could he sing that way at 40 years old...?
Not anymore he can't :( never again.
And just 2 months before dying, voice and guitar were on point on those 3 Bodom After Midnight shows
what a fuckin good band
miss you all...alexi.
Better than COB :D
is it possible that they even lowered the tuning? from C drop to B drop?
yeah, they play drop C songs in drop B since 2015 (I Worship Chaos release)

What is it with euro fans and not knowing how to mosh
Show was hardly restricted because of covid.
It was miracle that show even run.
A little rusty on that solo Alexi
It's been almost a year since they played live....

@@MichaelHolmgaard The song was also brand new there, don't know if that makes it easier or more difficult though :D
