Hi, my expert coffee machine won’t connect to the app. I can only choose the vertuo machine. When I try to connect it the way you do it says: ‘You need an app to connect to Bluetooth’. Do you know what I can do to connect my machine? Thanks a lot!
Me as well now, and it was working perfectly up until 4 days ago… (nice Christmas present @Nespresso to turn this beloved key function off for Christmas 😢)
same here, the machine appears on bluetooth but dont appears on the app list models available, so i cant use it, i think the machine was removed in the last versions of the app, i am using android
I have tried this and I still can’t seem to get it to pair and now the nespresso symbol at the top has completely stopped lighting. I have tried factory reset but it still isn’t working! Please help
