i love how you analyse all the drum parts, but yet all these drummers wouldnt have thought of it like this, they would of just played what felt right, didnt realise how complex or amazing the parts they play. Brilliant.
9 years ago and still so very cool. Some of the best drumming in a song for me. This video really demonstrates your drumming skills m8. Very smooth. Thanks for posting, much ❤️
The first reason I don't is just the ease of recording electronic drums - perfectly in tune at the correct volume EVERY time. The other reason is to do with recording my voice. With a real drum kit, the sound would bleed over into my voice mic making it impossible for me to talk and count at the same time as playing - this is how I teach! The third reason is neighbours. I record drums at all times of the day and couldn't if I started to get complaints...mate, I would if I could though! :)
Mate, don't think like that! You just need to practice more!! The feet are the hardest thing to control in drumming and mine STILL do their own thing. I spend a long time before each video practising movements, only then can I play them. Be patient, get yourself a good local drum teacher and put in the time in the practice shed...you'll get there!
xD Awesome video! i just got my first drumset so i got lots of work ahead of me. love the drums on this and all their other songs. Also you play very well
Thanks for your kind words! You can see me do a video on McFearless here /watch?v=FgEY1M-DONc and Bullet The Blue Sky features in my new Drum Fill eBook available from my website. Thanks for your interest!
Hey Rob! I have a suggestion for you... I've been trying to play Iron Man by Black Sabbath, but I can't really find a lot of good drum covers/lessons... Could you maybe give it a try, or some tips?
Thanks, mate! Fool in the Rain features in my John Bonham drum pack, you can check it out here... /watch?v=vdutYhE0eBs Thanks for your interest! :) Rob
