Mridanga is one of the most important instrument used in godiya kirtans and bhajans, the sound vibration it creates brings so much joy and peace to the heart. It is very sweet and keeps the kirtan moving very beautifully by playing various beautiful beats and taals. one who is interested in this instrument, must learn it and contribute to the sangkirtans that takes place around them and purify their consciousness and enrich their soul, as kirtan or the glorious holy names of the lords is soul food for all living entities.
