I think its petty and class-less as hell to ask for gifts back, or demand that people do what you (the giver) wants with the gifts you give, because, as I said before: If you give it, it then belongs to who you gave it to. In that case, the person who got it can do whatever they want to do with it. Does that mean you have to like it? No. A giver CAN choose to never give a particular person any more gifts, if they think/feel that the receiver didn't appreciate a gift they were given. And yeah, in such a case, a gift giver can also sever the friendship or stop speaking to who they gave the gift to (that they think/feel didn't appreciate the gift). Regardless, you don't have to agree with me (obviously); this is just my P.O.V.
