Few tips I’ve got from having these businesses : 1. For the special cargo if you get the ‘go out to sea’ mission just find a new lobby the mission takes so much longer than the rest it’s more efficient to take the $18k loss 2. If selling your special vehicles in a invite only lobby you will get chased down by AI who do a lot of damage to the car. If you have the La Mesa warehouse once you get out onto the main road take a left then the first right and then a left into a carpark. Park the car away from the gate and jump out. There will be 3-4 waves of 2 cars. Kill all the AI keeping count of what wave it is then drive your undamaged car to the drop off point 3. Changing the name of your acid lab and the acid itself nets an extra 5% profit. 4. Buying one set of supplies for the bunker and letting it be completely used up ( will say $100,00) when u enter the bunker and $210,000 if you sell to los santos ) this will Guarentee ONE sell vehicle every time. So if you are a solo player buy one set of supplies and sell it once it’s all used up (you can buy the next set when you are in your bunker going to sell the previously used up set 5. If there are no Specialist or Specialist+ contracts available to you in the agency go to a public sessions (MUST be public) and back into an invite only session and they will have rotated 6. You are NOT given the option whether you want an Air or Land course mission for your hangar if you are sourcing from your Terrorbyte so be prepared 7. If you are sourcing the 3 special cargo crates. Once the mission start if an icon saying crates with 3 white circles appears in the bottom left of the screen it means the mission is one where you have to collect one crate at a time. If it doesn’t appear it’s a vehicle with all 3 crates in it you can deliver at once
i don't know if i'm just luck, starting the mission from the terrorbyte never give me that "go out to sea" mission. last time i sourced cargo was 1 year ago, maybe they have patched, but i think is worth to mention. sorry for my english
Thanks for the Bunker tip. I play solo and getting more than one sell vehicle for the bunker is honestly annoying as so much product is lost in those runs.
There’s something you’ve forgot what can be pretty useful for beginners. Since the Drug Wars update, you’ve got the possibility to raid gang hideouts once a day and these will fully stock up one of your businesses. So if you’ve just started playing GTA Online and got just 1 business, it would resupply always that one business and you’re saving 75K once a day.

They nerfed it in the recent DLC, but this trick still works to gain popularity easily for the nightclub. You just have to go into your nightclub while in passive mode, and there will always be a troublemaker, which means you won't have to drive anyone and there will only be a 4 second cutscene. From that you will gain 10k and quite a bit of popularity. Keep in mind they have now put a 48 minute timer on the troublemakers with the newest DLC, but you only have to do it once every 96 or even 144 minutes. You will still gain 50k from the second in-game day and on the third you will get 45k, making you get 145k after 144 minutes, and after that you can go in with passive mode enabled to get it all the way up in about 30 seconds total. You could also do it once every 96 minutes if you care about the extra 5k you would make. Also keep in mind this is with Staff and Equipment upgrades.
I like to use that 45k as my reminder to go and kick out a troublemaker 🤣 I just play and every time my notification says the nightclub safe has 145k I go and kick them out 👌🏿
One noteworthy thing is that some of the removed vehicles will appear as customer vehicles in the autoshop - allowing you to purchase them for yourself as well - even when they're not in the "cycle" for being sold via the showrooms.

Nice. I wish I would have followed this channel a long time ago. I've gone from about level 35 to nearly 100 by playing smarter. Love your tips and info. It's saved me a lot of trouble. My time management has improved within the game.
I think it's worth mentioning, for the Auto Shop, it's one of the best initial investments for a fresh starting player. The entire business is very inexpensive compared to all the others. The setup missions are easy for people even with day 1 gear and the finale missions give you all the gear, which is a big benefit for someone who is just starting. The Autoshop pays for itself faster than any others that early in the game, and while you're grinding for your other businesses, the good mission is still worth your time if you just do the 270K payout missions, at least until you get a better business fully upgraded.
This channel helped me a lot when I came back after years of not playing GTA, now I'm making a lot of cash and it's really fun and enjoyable, thanks for all these great guides!

When spending 10k to hire a new DJ, you get 10% more popularity. When doing a manual Promote Nightclub mission, you get 25% more popularity (this is either the small blue dot you do when visiting your nightclub, or when going to the computer and doing the "Promote Nightclub" mission. Either give you 25%). I typically wait until my popularity is around 75-80% full, and go to the NC and do whatever the blue dot is. Gives me 25% more popularity so I always float between 75-100% popularity. Also, the Purple safehouse icons on the map will randomly fill any business supply bars to full. So if you're starting out and your only active business is the Acid Lab... it's worth doing those Purple safe house looking icons on the map (super easy) to get a free full-supply bar on your acid lab. If you have more than one business that uses supplies, it will fill one at random.
if you do the toss someone out about once every hour your popularity will always be at 100% and you get 10k for it...... if it drops below 98% your doing something wrong....... spending 10k on a DJ is about the dumbest thing you could do in the game. You should never have to promote your club either.

It's okay to sell in a public lobby. The bonus is definitely worth it. It doesn't even have to be full. Just find a half full or less lobby and you are good to go. Also you can just hop lobbies until you find a peaceful lobby(they do exist) and sell there. Also having all of the businesses is not too much work just get a system going for your businesses.
@JayAndNightASMR yeah, back in the day it was nothing but war now most people just want to make money. Although the few who do grief are worse than ever.
@@JayAndNightASMR dude back in 2017-2019 shit was so chaotic and unbearable. While I still have no qualms making money in invite only with my friends, on double money i'll sometimes dip my toes into a public to get the bonus. Although I just got gta v for pc after being on console since 2013 day one (lvl 750 with everything up to cayo heists)... so while it's refreshing to have to regrind everything in the game it's rough if you have zero knowledge of online.
I always recommend selling in a public lobby. You get a 50% bonus if you have 25 people in the lobby, and even if someone does attack your product, you can just switch lobbies or close your application. The bonus is very worth it in my opinion.
also before selling in a full lobby just wait around a few minutes, if people are constantly killing each other just leave, even though its rare you will sometimes get a peaceful lobby
About the Acid Lab... me and my friends did some testing with the different rams, and unless r* buffed the scoop, we found that the ram bar is MUCH better at pushing vehicles out of the way due to the scoop getting stuck inside the other vehicles. This may be due to us playing on Xbox One servers and lag may play a role in clipping, but in my experience the Ram Bar absolutely YEETS anything in its path to the stratosphere.
Thank you very much man! I've been binge watching your content and it helps a ton genuinely. This was a great breakdown and I'm sure it took ages to edit haha
I actually got my nightclub raided once, and while killing the attackers, a random oppressor mk II griefer killed me, but the game thought the attackers killed me, so when I respawned, all my warehouses were empty and they were full before. This was probably the worst thing that happend to me in my history of gta online play.
That happened to me. 😭 But instead I was transporting a plane full with cargo & I flew too low (it asked me to) & I ended in the ocean. I lost everything. I was so upset.

Might be an odd suggestion but next business explanation, could you create a 24 hour timeline/excel sheet with estimated times to min/max how a player should go about each business and heists?
You don't need an excel sheet: Sell the top three MC businesses (blue/white stuff, cash), bunker, source cars (store all the low/medium to get the high tier cars), and then source/sell cargo. Then fill with Cayo, elimination VIP work, and Terrorbyte missions.
I forgot the Acid Lab in there, but it's about the same priority as the MC businesses and Bunker. Also, Nightclub is one sell vehicle anyway, you can do that whenever.
there are a few reasons to own the second car lift in the auto shop 1. you can buy the cars from the customers and sometimes you might be lucky and find a high end car for sale that was removed from the website. 2. car meet rep for when you deliver the car also the cost of modding/servicing the car is now included in the delivery price
One best advice for beginners would be look for 2x or 3x money on any business If it is on active business than only focus on that as you can make million every day Like this week it is on special cargo and from past few days I made 4 million even though my warehouse were empty before starting of this week
I managed to sell mine for 6 mil cos I sold in a public lobby but I got lucky with the sell mission and I had a couple of friends to help Also I believe he was wrong about the 1% bonus for selling in pubs because I sold in a lobby with 25 and got six mil which means that I got a 2% bonus per player

1:18:05 if you go into passive mode before entering your nightclub you will never have to drive a vip again as you always will get the option to kick the troublemaker out. EDIT:!DOESNT WORK ANYMORE COCKSTAR PATCHED IT
One thing that has either changed; or you didn't know about: You need to do at least 14 resupply missions for your bunker to be able to all the Mobile Command Center missions.operations. Not just "buy supplies"; you need to do "Steal Supplies".
For the nightclub, IDK why, but the default name, Omega, is somehow a shield against being raided. I know, because I tested it, changed the name of it from Omega to one of the P names, got raided a few times, changed it back to Omega, have not been raided in ages.
I think that's just confirmation bias, I've had Paradise as my club's name and haven't ever been raided I imagine there's just a really low chance of it happening and you got unlucky
For the cargo warehouses, in my opinion, having 4 smalls and 1 medium is the best option. Why? Because the sell missions aren't horrible and can be done quite fast, plus, if you do go into a public lobby to sell and get griefed, not much will be lost. Edit: if you have the terorbyte, use that to do the missions, like start them from inside of it. Why? Because from what I've seen, that shit will give you like 80% of the time, will give you missions where you only need to get one vehicle back to the warehouse.
Waste of your space and time. You can still do small sales in a large warehouse and it's just overall better to have those. Any small and medium warehouses are a waste of money

Your math here (and in other videos) is wrong. You say that in the beginning the MC businesses make an x amount of money per hour (with cost of buying supplies included) with the highest being 63,3 thousand. Lets derive that number. If we take your word for the values, the equation becomes (Total revenue per hour * hours to deplete supply - 75 000)/Hours to deplete supply = Profit per hour 201,6/2 is the total amount of revenue per hour. That is 100,8 thousand. If it takes 2 hours to deplete supply, we take 201,6 thousand - 75 000 which becomes 126,6 thousand. That makes a total 63,3 thousand dollars of profit in one hour, if you buy supples. This checks out. Lets move on to the bunker. You say in the bunker part that you make 40 thousand dollar of *profit* an hour. This must be a lie, it is revenue you're talking about. In Rags to Riches you say that the bunker will lose you money without upgrades if you buy supplies, so you have to steal at least some. Lets do the math. If we say that you misspoke, and you meant 40K revenue, the equation becomes the same as before. It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes in a bunker with no upgrades to deplete supplies. 40/60 ≈ 0,667 So, 40K * 1,667 - 75K = -8,32. So per hour you make around -5 thousand. Yes, you lose money with no upgrades. You were wrong in this video, but were right in rags to riches. But you're not done being wrong about the bunker. A bunker with all the upgrades makes 79K *revenue* (not profit). So you claim that this is better than the white stuff (makes 63,3 thousand per hour). Well, you're wrong. The bunker makes 79K Revenue, the white stuff makes 63,3K Profit. Let's calculate! A fully upgraded bunker takes around 2,333 Hours to deplete supplies. So 79K * 2,333 - 75 = 109,307. 109,307/2,333 ≈ 46,85K dollars of profit, for real. So the bunker is A LOT worse than the white stuff, 63,3K compared to only 46,85K. In your tierlist rankings you say that the bunker makes around 55K profit per hour, which makes everything even more confusing. Not only is that wrong, but that would still make the white stuff better. Yes, you mention in the tierlist video that the bunker has other things generating profit, but if we strictly keep to the goods/production part of the bunker, the white stuff is a lot better. And I'm guessing that's what you're referring to in this video. Just to mention, I mean no hostillity, you were just wrong. I like your videos, but this confused me too much. Nothing against you. Have fun.
Love these kinda comments that kindly correct the video. Especially because, frankly, he uses A LOT of math. He's bound to get something wrong. It's a long video. That's just to be expected. And writing comments like those is fun. You made it fun to read. Well done chap.
Why? People just keep using the handful of ones they've been using since ever? 2018 we had exclusively Oppressors, Deluxos, the bat mobile and the speed racer car roaming around and now we have essentially the same plus some jets.
I kind of agree. I mean... Personally I didn't use any of those veichles, but it is still not a good thing to know that a lot of veichles were removed. Unless it was for the benefit of this game (like it being less heavy on the consoles) they should bring them back.

Its been about a year since I played GTA V online. Just last night I jumped back on. A sure fire tip if you play on PS4 (still like me) is change your Internet setup manually. Change your MTU setting to around 800. This will allow you to be in a solo online session and don't have to worry about people joining. I have made over 100 million in my GTA online career running my drug businesses and other stuff solo. Its still a grind, but you don't have to worry about being greifed when delivering your products. Few tips I’ve got from having these businesses :
1. For the special cargo if you get the ‘go out to sea’ mission just find a new lobby the mission takes so much longer than the rest it’s more efficient to take the $18k loss
2. Kill all the AI keeping count of what wave it is then drive your undamaged car to the drop off point
3. Changing the name of your acid lab and the acid itself nets an extra 5% profit.
4. Buying one set of supplies for the bunker and letting it be completely used up ( will say $100,00) when u enter the bunker and $210,000 if you sell to los santos ) this will
Guarentee ONE sell vehicle every time. So if you are a solo player buy one set of supplies and sell it once it’s all used up (you can buy the next set when you are in your bunker going to sell the previously used up set
5. If there are no Specialist or Specialist+ contracts available to you in the agency go to a public sessions (MUST be public) and back into an invite only session and they will have rotated
6. You are NOT given the option whether you want an Air or Land course mission for your hangar if you are sourcing from your Terrorbyte so be prepared
For Bunker I sell at 262k to Los Santos and I get one vehicle
Which methods are the best for money
i don't know if i'm just luck, starting the mission from the terrorbyte never give me that "go out to sea" mission. last time i sourced cargo was 1 year ago, maybe they have patched, but i think is worth to mention. sorry for my english

Just a heads up when doing the acid lab sale missions involving the car parks you don’t have to actually even enter the car park! I find that if you do a drive by and shoot any of the police cars in the carpark it’ll go straight to the police chase. It saves a bunch of time imo

You can jump from roof as well
I discovered it in a weird way... I always threw sticky bombs in pretty much every vrhicle parked... then i just exploded everithing after the "sale"
But them I accidentaly throwed a granade making the sale, and they started chasing me
And I "wait... YOU CAN DO THIS?????"
But you still need to deliver the acid in the car park, don't you?

50% bonus if there is 20 people, not 25 because of 2.5% per player

About the Acid Lab... me and my friends did some testing with the different rams, and unless r* buffed the scoop, we found that the ram bar is MUCH better at pushing vehicles out of the way due to the scoop getting stuck inside the other vehicles. This may be due to us playing on Xbox One servers and lag may play a role in clipping, but in my experience the Ram Bar absolutely YEETS anything in its path to the stratosphere.
On PC, Scoop has the same functionality.. Never had any vehicle stuck.. It just yeets anything in its way..

Why do you need that?
You don't need an excel sheet: Sell the top three MC businesses (blue/white stuff, cash), bunker, source cars (store all the low/medium to get the high tier cars), and then source/sell cargo. Then fill with Cayo, elimination VIP work, and Terrorbyte missions.
I forgot the Acid Lab in there, but it's about the same priority as the MC businesses and Bunker. Also, Nightclub is one sell vehicle anyway, you can do that whenever.
This video is so dense with info. I watch this every time I want to optimize my game.
This is what I’ve needed
there are a few reasons to own the second car lift in the auto shop
1. you can buy the cars from the customers and sometimes you might be lucky and find a high end car for sale that was removed from the website.
2. car meet rep for when you deliver the car
also the cost of modding/servicing the car is now included in the delivery price

Me
I’m not a beginner to GTA online by any means, but I love tgg’s videos so I’m watching it anyway
Personally, I own 5 large warehouses. I just get some friends online to convoy me in an open lobby and i make FAT stacks of cash.

Your math here (and in other videos) is wrong.
You say that in the beginning the MC businesses make an x amount of money per hour (with cost of buying supplies included) with the highest being 63,3 thousand. Lets derive that number. If we take your word for the values, the equation becomes (Total revenue per hour * hours to deplete supply - 75 000)/Hours to deplete supply = Profit per hour
201,6/2 is the total amount of revenue per hour.
Have fun.
That help boost your ego?

Its been about a year since I played GTA V online. Just last night I jumped back on. A sure fire tip if you play on PS4 (still like me) is change your Internet setup manually.
