    Well I once bought some no name elbow adapters. Today I came across your videos and with some trepidation I watched them with my Nano VNA ! phew! At 500 MHz they have about -0,5 dB ! Lucky me !

    In English, I believe we would call the company am-fen-ol. British and American accents would make then sound slightly different.

      "ph" makes an "f" sound in English for the most part. It's not all that common in English for some reason

    Ever take one apart? Most are compressed fittings. No real electrical connection. Had lots of them fall apart and cause problems

      No, I haven't taken one apart. I wouldn't know how to do that well without destroying it to an extend that wouldn't allow any useful investigation. Angle grinder, hack saw,...?

      @adventurelaus nah they're just pressed together. Pair of pliers will suffice.
