Totally agree, most thinks this reminds from our own Annihilator. Sincerely, it has nothing to do with this. I've never reached to complete Annihilator in Tibia rl in my personal case, but the old graphic, playing style, mysterious quests, friends, etc minds me many memories. This was one of videos I watched when started playing Tibia at age of 8. Now I'm 20 and I don't feel shame to say that while watching this video still my tears fall down.

You know what i love about this video? It was the time when tibia was really hard to level up, when it was really hard to get a good lot from the hunts and you had to spend hours hunting just to get one good iten. Level 70 was a really nice level. Level 100 was really high. Now 200 would be like the stuff only one or two had gotten and would basically celebrities giving interviews to fansites and stuff.

This video made me download Tibia years ago. Also I love that super sonic speed song at the end there, it really gets you pumped. Respect to all 4 of those brave warriors who took on the Annihilator back then. Back when Tibia took actual skill to play. I have a really good computer, i7 cpu top of the line Radeon graphics card, yet with all the options of games I have to play, Tibia is one of the best. Proves that graphics mean nothing when it comes to a good game. I sure miss the old Tibia. Awesome video even now in 2014.
This definitely brings back the good old memories. I wonder how much has changed since then? The day I made it to 100 was amazing, as #14 of Hiberna I believe. After I got hacked I quit and never looked back until this video. It was such an awesome waste of time back then.

@MrJeduy i can see it from your perspective, it looks really weird, because you never played it, tibia actually takes or well took a lot of skill to play before all the updates after 2005 that ruined the game, and this video doesn't show your inventory and stuff because it was recorded from the actual client, so anyone who got a tibia client can watch this with their client with the correct programs, and also it's one of the oldest mmo games out there it was created in 97 so dont call it gay
im not sure the version numbers im more familiar with content at times of the year. now cip updates 4 times instead of 2. theres 1 update each season. if you look at this video and then look at whats new since then, its a whole new game. theres some really really cool stuff. much better graphics, TONS more monsters, items quests, outfits etc. you can change servers, change your name, non pvp has optional pvp guild wars, its nuts. i may return again.

this is one of the greatest anni's ever done in the lands of tibia. astronis is certainly in the history books. back then during this quest it was the ultimate challenge. this was before poi. knights also did way less dmg, there was no ice magic. however ice rapiers had 100atk instead of 65atk like today. grats.
Fuck.. this just makes me homesick.. I miss those old times when Tibia was funnier than now.. no bots, no SUPER high leves.. the highest of all tibia was about 200 and it was Bubble from Antica.. damn! I really miss that.. the quests were difficult and they were even more fun.
@fhabio6943 this video was made back before everyones attacks were pumped up and they had stronger weapons notice the paladins use a normal crossbow and normal bolts and astronis is more than likely using a bright sword on top of that all vocations used to hit about 3/4ths of what they hit now
For your information, some of you guys make ask yourself; Why don't they heal, they got like 5 turns? Well it's simple, hotkeys didn't exist back then, so either you had to bot, or you had to drag and click on yourslef with a uh rune with your mouse. Pure skills
