This wheat-free corn cake is so delicious that it doesn't even seem that easy to make, I'm sure you'll love it!
Ingredients (cup size: 200ml)
- 2 cups of canned corn (240g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup of milk (300ml)
- 1 box of condensed milk (395g)
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine (100g)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (50g)
- 1 1/2 cup cornmeal (150g)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
- 1 cup of grated coconut (50g)
- 1 pinch of salt
