I’m glad yall got cleared to make this video. This really is a nice change up from the typical eating and training videos. Sometimes the viewer just wants to see their favorite fitness personality attempt something silly. I remember Juji uploaded a video of him trying to catch a ridiculously large fish a while back such an entertaining video.
This video is absolutely awesome and incorporating facts, bodybuilding and a FUN challenge all into one video on this page is INCREDIBLE. Keep this up!

These 2 were on the smaller side, wanted to keep the competition fair, but they were not much smaller than the average egg and probably had 20-22 chicken eggs worth of material, good eye though! :-)

I'm from South Africa we have our own Ostrich farms I have been eating Ostrich for decades. On a braai and the cubes we make Ostrich curry won't know the difference between it and beef.
Yeah that’s probably more accurate for a general assessment. Each egg really varies - we went for much smaller ones for this challenge so they would match so based on the size we estimated it was less

I've seen even larger ostrich eggs. These honestly only look about equal to 8-10 chicken eggs. That would be easy to eat in one sitting!
We chose two that were the most similar in size to keep the challenge fair but yes they can be much larger!
