I am currently racing the t4 2021 and i have to say if you are used to rear motor cars stay with it as long as you can ! Belt tension is very important and i had a lot of problems untli recently ! Rear motor cars are simpler !As fas as bodyshell goes, the best choice for mid-motor is Xtreme Twister ! Fix the cable mess, bro . Battery terminals always at the back of the car for better traction and short wires !
I have the Twister and Speciale but fortunately or unfortunately I moved to the mi8 by Schumacher and love it! I have cables sorted now for the most part, would still like them shorter and cut down servo and transponder cable, but need to check this a little better :-)
@@TheElectroSwitch If you don't acknowledge some minor changes to xray models from the mid motor platform and afterwards it will be more difficult to drive the damn car ! For example, wider suspension arms(t4 2020+) means automatically roll up ! So you raise the roll just to counter that, (compared to 2018, 2019 car) not for driving purposes. Anyway if you go back to xray send me a pm I have played more than 500 batteries to 21 alone ! Yes short wires as close to the chassis as possible,30 mm fan for short to medium tracks(modified).
@@TheElectroSwitch Yeah I race, I don't really play with the exponential much though, the steering I keep a standard linear line but eg. In an F1 car that requires very smooth throttle input, sometimes I might adjust it so that I have more throttle at a lower point in the transmitter (a curve like this "(" if you know what I mean) because the car has a lot more power than torque when it's set up for my local track. For touring cars and mchassis who can run more aggressive throttle input, I just keep the throttle linear and same with brake. Also a good idea is to use "race mode" so, if your racing outdoors in hot conditions you can switch to race mode witch would give you more brake for example and normal mode set up for softer tyres and whatnot.
This video would’ve been amazing if you didn’t have that shitty glare because I couldn’t see anything on your screen really and I had to keep rewinding to listen to what you said, other than that the video is great if you don’t mind rewinding to listen to what you said🤘🏼
Great video!
Thank you

Thanks all for tuning in, what is the most important setting for you? ❤
🎉
nice thank zou
Thanks for watching
Thank you.
Thank you Deano386!
Does the MT-5 have a turbo and boost setting? Great video btw
You can switch between the two settings really fast, so so you can set up one to be fast and one bit slower
👌🏽
What about servo and throttle speed
I think I have a video covering that, but they’re just kind of adjusted by speed and slight angle it’s very personal
Can i make parameters for drifting?? 😅
Does the radio bind to fh4-t rx?
No unfortunately not, that would be MT44 FH4 compatible.
There’s a lot of glare when showing settings. Would be nice without glare and a nice close up of screen for these type videos.
Ay same remote as me!
Love it! Any settings you recommend? Do you race also?

Thanks, man. I remember it was hard to work around it, but hopefully the information was useful.👍
