I once tried to drink a protien shake, and for some reason it didn't come out right. The directions said to hold the bottle and shake vigorously, and even though I follwed the directoins it dodn't taste right. I returned it and got another one but it turned out the same way. After a third, fourth and fifth time I was getting really frustrated. Come to realize I had to shake the BOTTLE. Another great video, Sara! I always admire the fact that you have the time every week to do these videos with your busy schedule. You've been doing them for a really long time. What is it about making these videos that gives you the confidence and happiness, and sometimes even vulerability,, that you exude in these videos?
