Nyc explanation. Can you please explain what is the concept of 30:2 or 15:2 ratio mentioned in some books

Sir , Is neonatal resuscitation or asphyxia neonatrum is same or not ?
Thanx a lot sir 😊
I have read somewhere in new NRP guidelines on MSL newborn ET suction is prohibited and direct PPV is done , please clarify
I am quoting the latest guidelines:
2020 (Updated): For nonvigorous newborns (presenting with apnea or ineffective breathing effort) delivered through MSAF, routine laryngoscopy with or without tracheal suctioning is not recommended.
2020 (Updated): For nonvigorous newborns delivered through MSAF who have evidence of airway obstruction during PPV, intubation and tracheal suction can be beneficial.
So, basically what it means that
- We should not do routine laryngoscopy (not intubation) or tracheal suction.
- What I have mentioned in the video is that for a non vigorous baby who will most probably need mechanical ventilation support, its better to intubate and do MV or PPV.
The whole idea is to stop the practice of routine endotracheal suction, which is very prevalent among Pediatrician in a MSL baby.
Nice video
Thank you

Koi baat nai, ye normal hai babies k liye. Wo kai baar 3-4 din pe potty kerte hain. Aap pareshan na hon..
@@Kiddocs_Dr_Rana thanks sir
Sir baby of shilpi ki kal ROP test hona hai sir charak me ho jayega na kal hi please bata dena. Kal aayenge dikhane sir.
Sir aasha vedos bnaya
Sure will do
Sir baby ko jukham ho gya hai or saas lene me bhi problem ho rhi hai. Iski wajah se vo ro raha hai.
BABY of CHHAVI MISHRA.
Agar saans lene me problem ho rahi hai toh baby ko urgent clinic ya hospital me dikhaiye..Baby ko infection ho sakta hai..
@@Kiddocs_Dr_Rana sir Nasoclear dala hai us ke baad se aaram hai usko or vo so raha hai.
Accha hai but agar saans lene me jyada problem ho toh dikha lejiega. Nasoclear drop se improve ker gaya means nasal blockade raha hoga baby ko..👍
@@Kiddocs_Dr_Rana ok sir. Thank you.
Very nice video sir every point is clear
