If I had all the money in the world I would make sure this this problem went extinct and I would have millions of puppers to cuddle. That boy is beautiful, I rescued a little girl over a year ago who was similar and now she’s thriving and having a great life. One of six best decisions me and hubby made. I have five others lol
My fingers are crossed that he goes to a lovely family who has a small farm so he can be in his absolute element.
He looks stunning and ANYONE would be proud to have him as a member of the family.
If you had all the money in the world, everybody would be broke and all their dogs would starve to death.
@@jjhack3r that’s dark.
Prisons and animal shelters should be built together. Prisons that would support surrounding cities (could be 50 mile radius for remote prisons). With outdoor courses for dogs. Two captive populations that can comfort each other, and develop skills to be in the outside world. Rescue groups could transport the strays and pick up for adoption days. And give prisoners feelings of being loved and loving. Plus such an environment would cause prisoners to interact with each other in a polite, respectful manner; give each other training tips; have pride and fun showing each other what their dog has learned.
I feel the same way!!! I'd have a place out in the country and have all kinds of rescues.❤
I think Scott should adopt him. There's a unique bond there, and he's come to trust Scott so quickly. That would be a lifelong partnership nobody could break.
He can't take all the dogs that happens with though..
This makes me know that there are people in the world who still do care.
I had a dog who was like Jack. She passed away in September, well over 16 years old and as a husky is impressive. I could tell she was grateful by how she changed. She stopped carrying mouthfuls of food behind furniture, she would not flinch when we approached her, and she would not cower when she heard her name in conversation. She witnessed so much, she saw me grow up from a first grader to a college student. I am at peace knowing she lived a long life and spent it comfortably. Even into old age, she had horrible anxiety, but she was so much better. I was initially urged to choose a different dog because she was so timid, but I wanted her. She slept by my grandma's side for months after my grandfather passed. She waited with me for the bus, and greeted me at the bus stop when I came home. I would race her up our driveway, and I could take her to the mailbox without a leash or collar. I miss her so much, but I know how much she loved us and she knew we loved her. Every animal deserves to know what love feels like. She showed me what love felt like. She was my entire world. Rescue dogs are some of the best dogs you can have. Any rescue or stray animal.
Very lovable story! Thank you!
That Border Collie is beautiful. A number of years ago I rescued one off of the street. When I took him to the vet he said it looked like he had been abused.
He became part of the family and herded anything he could find, cats, kids, rocks you name it.
He was the smartest dog I ever had. Sadly he died. RIP Ralph.😢❤
This breaks my heart. Two hundred dogs in a couple of days?!? If I had the money, I would have so many rescue pups. Scott is so wonderful with all his patients.
I found my dog in the street on a bitter cold Dec. day, 2003. We were together every second until 4/2/21 when he took his last breath. He, and our 4 cats, was the love of my life. I had a pet care service and he went to work with me all day, he had many best dog buddies. He was terrified of toddler males, all hands, heights and being picked up/held for our
first 4 months together. No one else but our vet and groomer could pick him up which was OK with me.
When you don't belong to the same species, but speak the same language. This transformation is truly amazing!
I had an Australian shepherd that would not let anyone get near her. I brought her home and put her in a fenced in area and every day I would go in there with a book and a treat for her. I sat and let her get used to me and talked to her but did not offer to touch her. Finally she just got to where she would get right up against me and I just put my arm around her and I was able to let her out with out her taking off. She followed me every where but she walked behind me and would touch her nose to the back of my calves as I walked and then I realized she was used to herding cattle!!! Loved her so much.
How in the world can someone mistreat this beautiful animal? Love , and patience will overcome his fear of humans!🙏🙏💕💕💕
❤️
@@BondiVet Are his hips and back legs okay? Couldn't help but notice, or is that nerves? I was brought up with a Border Collie and - of course - very familiar with the way they hold themselves.
It makes me so sad to see dogs (or any animal really) cower like that. He’s obviously a sweet boy who is just plain terrified. All I can think is “what did they do to you” because he didn’t get this way naturally.
I had a border collie as a child, and they are the smartest sweetest puppers EVER. I hope Jack finds a loving home.
Scott is such a wonderful and loving vet ,so beautiful dog ❤
he would make a great service dog or farm dog, his attention and speed is amazing. you can tell he loved being out and about with a human. great job!!!!!
My parents had collies, and ended up with a pure bred poodle, that had lived in a kennel for the first months of her life. The poodle rewarded my mom with so much love and affection. She was the best dog. I never got to know her, sadly.
Hello Elizabeth where are you from 😊❤
I always look forward to seeing new episodes from Bondi Vet & Vet on the Hill. This one brought tears to my eyes, as how anyone could ever mistreat animals is just so sad. I love cats and dogs so very much. PLEASE keep showing more of these precious souls.
I wish they would film new ones, IV seen this one months ago and others posted as new are not😢 I'm not sure why these get recycled.
My best ever dog was a rescue that was close to death when we rescued her from a wilderness area. We don't know if she was dumped or lost. No chip. We had the pleasure of her company for 15 years. The vet said she was around 2 when we rescued her and that she probably wouldn't have lived beyond another week or two. Border Collie Aussie cross (according to the vet). A beautiful blue murle.
Many Tears Animal Rescue is just a few miles down the road from me. They do good work.
Did this Goodest Boi find his forever family after this? I love Border collies, so smart and playful!
awww poor babies, sorry i cant achieve my dreams to being a vet.. but i promise i would volunteer at animal shelters and do anything i can to help you lot in the future.
I can only imagine the horrendous treatment Jack has gone through to get to the fearful point he was at before Dr Scott came into his life
It's always a great day when you start your morning with a brand new episode from BondiVet's youtube ❤
Aww thank you! Did you enjoy this episode? 🐾
@BondiVet I hope Jack finds a beautiful, loving, safe home ,as they all deserve so much love . I lost my 21 yr old cat a year ago. It's really hard but these videos make me hopeful. These are so important because pets need to be adopted from spca . There's so many breeders ,and I wish there wasn't. My Josephine had been thrown out a car window and after 2 phone calls at 2 am for hay and from strangers ,it was definitely meant to be. We would never have found her. She brought me so much happiness, and has slept with me 21 yrs. They each have a really special personality and are so smart and just love cuddles .Several years ago I found a beautiful big dog driving up north to Haliburton and this dog had 300 porcupine quills in her face and body. I pulled them all out and drove immediately to a vet .She was microchipped and it was a breed from Paris France i had never seen before, they had paid $ 5,000.00 for She let me pull them all out . I contacted the new owners who were hunting and she'd run off . You are all angels .These videos are really important. Thank you for everything you all do .❤ Michele 🇨🇦.
Jack looks so much like my border collie rescue Daisy. She was so happy with us but loud noises and strangers were a struggle for her.
Poor boy… he doesn’t deserve this!
Thank you for all you do for our beautiful fellow beings, you all make this World a better place. God Bless You All ❤
Well done, Scott!! You are so kind and loving with all the animals you take care of. At the end, I was almost expecting a few sheep to show up!
My neighbours had a farm and had a border collie, as many do, to do the work they love. She was such a good girl and was a bit timid around new people but a boss with the cows. I will never forget her happy squeals.😊❤
He needs to adopt him🥲❤️
My cat had the same fear in his eyes as this poor dog when we first met
Jack you are super super amazing full of love you deserve a beautiful life with a family that adores you and gives you all the love in this world you are adorable little star ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Such a beautiful collie. He looks to be no more than 4yrs old. You guy's are amazing and so caring of these wonderful dogs. God Bless you all for the work that you do.
Beautiful boy
I have a Texas heeler and I can't understand why anyone would treat these dogs badly. Herding dogs are the best. We should start punishing evil more than we do now.
I have a friend who fosters boxers. One of the dogs he adopted was a breeder for a puppy mill. I don’t know how many litters she’s had. She was scared to death of humans and wouldn’t go near me unless I had treats. She died last year due to old age but at least she had a good few last years
Poor baby. I really feel for you.
Jill at boarder Collier rescue could love him.
Hello, big thank you to the super Vet 👍🐾🐾
He is a wonderful little angel a big thank you to all of you for what you do ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Scotty I am an Aussie like you and have been a constant follower of your vet programmes.. I am also a great lover of Borders. I have had 6 of them in my long life. Loved the interaction with Jack.and bringing him out of himself. I would have him in a flash. Long live dog lovers.
Jack is adorable
You do good work helping the sick dogs and cats and all the other animals keep up the good work
You can tell the type of man that you are! Jack is gorgeous! Wish I was younger and could spend time with a larger doh!
Well done Scott, I know how rewarding that is1
I have 4 rescues. 1 who is part Australian Shepherd, was facing euthanasia. I rescued him 7 yrars ago and hes made alot of progress but even his vet is afraid of him. Hes never bitten anyone he is just scared from being abused as a pup. I wish we had a vet like Scott.
One thing I've learned from another channel is to avoid eye contact with a fearful dog. For canines eye contact is threatening.
Poor all dogs is so scared . Vet know how ❤❤❤
Oh my heart 🥹
Sadly to see, God bless all poordogs
I love these people!
Bondi vet thank you so so much for saving these poor souls if I had all the money in the world I would make sure that every animal would be safe and sound ❤❤I bow down to u thank you so so much for your hard work 🐶🙏🙏💕😊😇😺💗💕💓💞💐💐😻👍👍keep it up😢😢🥺🥺😊😇
Made me cry!😪
Bless you sir❤
They are such intelligent, beautiful dogs. Love the herding behaviour!!
Poor Jack. The only issue I have with this is, he was so terrified and shy then built up trust in Scott only for Scott to disappear...that has to cause Jack some more trust issues. I hope he has a fantastic loving home now,
I've got an over anxious border collie since I had him , I wish Scott could visit my dog as He scared of vets since he fractured his leg since he was a puppy, we tried training ,nothing they could do ! Now he 7 snd half ❤❤
Oh it must be so rewarding..Good luck to you..those poor dogs just want love.warmth. food..a loving person.
💜💜
Hi my friend how are you doing
poor jack he is such a cute dog to🐶
If i was not in America, i would adopt him.
I really wish my rescue was like that dog. Mines the total opposite and attacks everything that comes near him
What breaks my heart is the sheer number of rescues over 200? sounds like this was from a puppy mill. the government needs to do a whole lot more to stamp out this evil trade in beautiful souls. Hope Jack finds his forever family very soon, he undoubtedly will make any family proud to be alongside.
I have always adopted from shelters myself and all have gone on to be long lived, happy and content with their lives and those who have passed over the rainbow through old age i think about even today.
All I can say is bless y’all Hearts 😇
This is Dr. Scott Miller helping out a group in Wales. His practice is in actually in London, England where he a few offices. His television series is called Vet on the hill. He is not on Bondi vet.

I had a bearded collie! family of the border collie. Best dog I ever had ❤
Many Tears are a great organisation. Please support them if you can, so many mouths to feed, veys bills etc
No animal should Ever be abused
Hi Sassy where are you from?
My daughter lives down the road from Scotts practice. When I visited her I wanted so bad to stop in and say hello!
They are the smartest dogs. Smart enough to know love and care at least. I SO wanted him to let him off the leash for a run, maybe a bit too soon for that. 😍
Я люблю собачек ❤🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🙏🙏🙏😭мое сердце рыдает 😢
Do you know if we have puppy cuddling in Newcastle Australia?
Jack has such sad eyes
Hi my friend how are you doing today?
We need very strict laws to protect our four legged friends. Anyone who has abused, neglected, or caused harm to any animal will be immediately terminated.
get well soon Jack be loveing e respectful be careing sypahetic empathetic well mannered obedient playfull ge tle friend
yvadorable cudlly kissy happy dog and a proud Dog have strength and Courage and hope be You Jack Be Happy
I would take in abandoned 😮 the cost is to high and limited space.❤
The best therapy for Jack will be to get off leash in that green pasture and RUN RUN RUN! Border Collies absolutely have to have exercise and a job to do herding to be truly happy and emotionally well adjusted. I hope he finds a farmer to adopt him. Or send him to Sean the Sheepman in Scotland - he's a very loving and capable border collie trainer.
Make a 2nd channel for the unscented version's of the video's
I was hoping Scott would introduce us to a new owner
He's got the saddest eyes...
what makes this worse for is me that i suffer from anxiety so I think me and jack would get on well. but i think once jack gets used to people he will be fine. just wish i was a vet since I love animals so much.
I feel sad when i see dogs not trust humans, its makr me crying badly. Why some humans abusing these angels? Gid where u?
Some trainers teaches nervous dogs and take a time.
Are his hips and back legs okay? Couldn't help but notice, or is that nerves? I was brought up with a Border Collie and - of course - very familiar with the way they hold themselves.
Clever boy 20
What were the 200 dogs rescued from? This doesn't say.
I've always said if win the lottery I would buy a big walled estate and fill it with rescue dogs to run free all day. I would employ people to help me care for them and keep their living area clean. My job though would be Head Cuddle and Play Buddy ! ❤
Humans...we aren't all bad...
Hi my friend how are you doing today 😊
Thanks a lot Vet Doc for taking care of them. Hopefully, there will be no euthanasia agenda. Were I there, I Will be so confused to pick some of them to be taken home. They are all so pet creatures. They always tend to close and nice to people. It is painful when seeing they are ended by supreme timing.
He should use a leash longer to help him be less nervous and learn without struggling with that too short freedom, but he's a vet that do what he can = save life, not a trainer specialist in dog behaviour 😊
I would love to have a border collie but my lifestyle is not conducive for this type of dog. I live in the city in a rental house with no backyard. This kind of dog needs a lot of space to run around because they are pretty active. I’ll have to take the dog to a dog park every day and there’s not one nearby. One of these days, when I buy a house with a big fenced yard, I’ll be able to have one and possibly have more dogs. 😊 currently I have a Boston Terrier and he’s a pretty active fella himself! 😂 it’s important for people to understand that before they adopt if their lifestyle is suitable for the dog specific breed they’re looking at. This will avoid a lot of problems in the long run and also keeps people from abandoning their dogs or giving them up to an animal shelter that will potentially euthanize them if no one adopts them.
I actually do not see anything really wrong with him. I have a brown border collie. I see the same softness in his eyes. That is how they act.
RESPECT, STIMĂ ȘI ADMIRAȚIE PENTRU VOI!!! ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ✨✨✨✨✨💖💖💖💖💖👏👏👏👏👏
The other dogs need to be removed for a better chance of getting him to not do this fear
Herding dogs often don’t feel as comfortable around humans as they do around farm animals.
Has Jack been adopted?
All the purebreds!!! People in the US only want to adopt purebred dogs, and in Wales they are dumping them at the shelter in droves! All these poor, sweet pups.
Freedom? You keep him on a leash.
